I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Lynn was very nice and accommodating. The housekeepers did a great job. I thought the breakfast buffet was good, but a little limited.

The air conditioning unit didn't work, and we had to wait for another room to be cleaned with all our stuff in the lobby. I paid for a suite, and we got downgraded, but we were still able to stay there, so it wasn't terrible.

Very uncomfortable

Location to our friends place, less that 2 miles.

Going thru remodel. Bed springs worn out. Had to sleep in the middle of bed because the entire king bed slumped to the middle. Heating and air unit vibrated the entire room when it came on. All night long. Bathroom counter had separated from the backsplash, just ugly and old.

Facility had lots of renovation work being done, the room we stayed in was dated and not particularly appealing (especially for the price), cleanliness was not satisfactory as there were carpet stains, pieces of hair on bed cover, etc. .

Not very good, will not be returning to this hotel.

Location was good, the night staff was great.

Many amenities in the room didn’t work (coffee pot, sink drain, and TV) and when I wanted to take my kids swimming, each night there were people bringing cases of beer in into the pool area while caping and smoking. Very frustrating that it happened every night we were there. Also, when I needed to check out, there was no one at the front desk, so I needed to leave to get on the road.

Room was dirty. Carpet stained. Dusty. Ice chest and tray filthy. Pillow uncomfortable. Person sitting in hallway against wall, reported to front desk and was told " oh that happens" say what!!!! Felt very nervous that random people are in hallway and front desk didn't follow thru. Never Again will I stay here.

Wonderful but BRING PILLOWS!

It was very tidy and conveniently located! The night staff was very kind.

The day staff on our arrival date, 05/30/25, was somewhat short with us when needing assistance. When settling into the room, we noticed that the TV remote was missing. I proceeded to return to the front desk to request a remote. The staff member provided the remote to me and I then returned to the room. We then attempted to use the remote and it didn’t work. We then returned to the front desk and the staff member seemed a little annoyed that we were back. He then explained that we had to connect the remote to the tv, not previously explained. Additionally, the pillows provide little to no support.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is showing its age. Toilet was wobbly and the room smelled musty. Someone on our floor was clearly smoking in their room when we exited the elevator.

I was attending a music festival in Knoxville and if I go again next year I may stay here again.

Couldn't get up in time for the breakfast but that wasn't their fault. The bed was very comfortable and that's important to me. Also, it was very conveniently located - right by I-40 and a quick 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville.

Good hotel

I like the location far enough away from the city so less traffic, but close drive. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good and fresh every time.

Under the beds had clearly not been cleaned in awhile there were various items from past guests. Large group of kids that were VERY loud until 2:30 a.m. one night. Not sure if the staff eventually told them to quiet down or not.

I was sorry I had to bother the woman behind the desk to get my family checked in. The room next to ours had loud guests. Several knocks on the door until 315am. Breakfast was ok. Handle to hot server was broken, but taped and clearly had been done that way for a while. Germs!! Drink dispensers were nice!

Went for breakfast at 9am and they had already put over half of the items away claiming “no one had been in there for a while”. Very disappointing for my family to not get the breakfast we paid for. Should’ve offered us a refund of some sorts but just got attitude.
