Nice place to stay.

The location was great. Right off the highway with many restaurants and businesses close. The staff was friendly.

The street noise was noticeable but, we always have a fan on while sleeping so that was not an issue for us.

I asked for a handicapped room, they put me in what they call one. However, my issue is getting up and down, and the toilet was not the handicap friendly ones. The staff did bring a straight chair for me to use to help me get up.

Stayed one night, kids enjoyed the very warm indoor pool, we all slept well and enjoyed breakfast the next day.

Easy to find off the highway and walkable/shares parking lot with a BBQ restaurant.

We went for my grandson football play offs and the hotel was quite considering there was a bunch of young football players there The staff was great.

Wonderful stay!

The front desk clerk was exceptionally welcoming. Every area from our room to the hallways to the dining area were very clean. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast was delicious with many choices.

There were no dislikes.

Clean, Quick in and out to get some sleep

Bed was great, pillows less to be desired.

Had loud truck come and park right next to our bottom floor window late at night early in morning. Didn’t eat breakfast

Not a good stay!

They had availability, breakfast and a pool

The bathrooms and rooms were dirty. Hair in the shower, on the floor, and at the base of the toilet. Dirty hand prints on the curtains, open coffee in the machine. Hair and lint balls on the sheets and duvet. Dirty bandaid in the pool, broken step in the pool, soggy chip food crumbs outside the pool. Breakfast was hot but very mediocre.

They only clean rooms upon request and didn’t inform us of that. When the rooms were clean they used the same sheets to make the bed and didn’t touch the bathroom.

Awful.will never stay in a comfort inn again

Room smelled horrible, AC air vent had garbage items cycling in the vent, the ac motor sounded like an airplane jet. Our room key stopped working after one day, for 3 straight days. The lighting was substandard. The in room coffee was awful. The breakfast was only fake chemical food.

The staff were not overly courteous when talking to them. I had a key issue and was told I demagnetized it when I had it in my hand the whole time.

You get what you pay for.

The couch was broken, the dust ruffles on the beds were dirty. Carpet in the room and hallway was disgusting. This is a great place for truck drivers, but not a good place for certain women who are used to staying in clean hotels.

Breakfast tasted great. Hot food included scrambled eggs, meat, and biscuits and gravy. The room itself smelled great and was very comfortable.

Ok. I only ate the last day, since I minimized my going up and down stairs; the elevator was out until Monday or so I was told.

Since I had to use a cane and the elevator was out, a room on the first floor would have been accommodating. Telephone didn’t work and front desk said they couldn’t fix it; therefore, had to struggle with the stairs to report any problems. TV had to be programmed….

Indoor pool is not heated (currently). Good location, right off I-40

The beds were super comfortable! Although we were directly beside an elevator, the room was “quiet” for a hotel room.

The associate at check in was busier on her phone than ready to assist. Our key got de-magnetized while at dinner. We had to go back to the lobby twice to get a new key card. Both times, the associate “re-keyed” the room but it did not work. The third time, she asked “are you sure you have the right room?” She finally returned with us and let us in via an actual metal key. She then “explained” another guest on our floor shared the same name (why she keyed the wrong card twice)

The comfort of the bed.

The floors were dirty. The construction in front of our door. The dust was all at our door. My feet were black from the laminate floors in our room. The ac didn’t want to work. It was on high but very litte came out of it. The pool was kinda dirty.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Rose at the front desk was very helpful when an issue was discovered with my reservation through Booking.com. It took almost an hour to resolve the issue but she remained calm and composed, even though both of us were very frustrated with Booking.com.
