You get what you pay for. This place needs some TLC and fresh paint. Would not come back.

We only needed a place to rest on our overnight road trip, so it was not worth much time to complain.

No working elevator. Only put two thin, worn down towels in the room that fits 4 people. Beds were very firm, pillows flat. Toilet seat was worn out and stained -room 219.

Everything was old and outdated it felt nasty there it screamed of cheap ownership our soap being in a community squirt bottle mounted in the shower to the chair being 60% duck tape the beds were screaming with springs there was no elevator so our belongings was carried up the steps the place just smelled the room smelled clean but the looks of the room and hotel are awful as well as the location staff was super amazing for my one night stay I even had to fix a discussion on the shower head while there im very disappointed and felt as if I was ripped off not worth the money

Bed was very springy. Table was broken. Microwave and fridge were dirty. TV did not work. Had to wait at front desk for 30 minutes to check in. Had to walk around hotel to find any staff. Will not stay here again. Will not refer to friends.

Very clean, comfy, & well trained staff

I have no complaints, other than them charging for my 2nd certified emotional support dog. It was only $15 a night & we stayed for 2 nights but when you're on a very tight budget as it is, that $30 hurts a little. I do wish this was in North Knoxville, due to me being from that area, but it's not that much further away. Staff was exceptional. Beds were comfy (just ask my dogs) & the room & lobby, & surroundings were clean. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, due to us not being able to leave the dogs in the room alone or take them to sit by the pool (tho I think my girl dog would probably jump in because she LOVES the water, so it's probably best on that part) & it only being the 2 of us humans (who wants to swim in a hotel pool by themselves? Not I). Oh, & there's no free or paid breakfast, but plenty of places nearby to choose from, if you want breakfast. Other than those few small inconveniences, we loved this place. I highly recommend for those on a slightly lower budget, like myself. Even more so if you have fur babies. For Red Roof Inn is the cheapest (from being free of charge) on pet fee if you have more than one. They DID charge me for my second emotional support dog, as mentioned, but still recommend.

Being charged for 2nd emotional support dog, no breakfast, location isn't my preference but that's just me.

Rooms were outdated. Hallways smelled like dog urine. Room smelled of smoke. Staff had no welcoming attitude. Never explained anything just asked for id. No elevator.

Location was good . The toilet flushed good. The tv was great.

The couch had white stains all over it . The sheets looked dirty and one of the towels I used was a dirty towel !!! The floors was dirty! The bed was not comfortable at all and my pillow was very thin.

It was a really upsetting experience. It went from bad to worse.

It was rundown, the beds were disgusting! The floors were filthy, and the shower handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn on the water.

Absolutely nothing.

The front desk guy checking me in was RUDE!!! He was answering his personal cell phone while checking me in and that was after I had to tell him why I was even walking in. He never asked me did I need any help or anything. I had to make him get out of his chair off his phone to tell him I needed to check in. Extremely rude!!! The bed sounded like it was going to cave in every time I moved. It was very uncomfortable and the springs are ready to pop up through the bed. Facility was dirty! Wasted $133 just to stay there for 6 hours before the UT game.

Room and hotel itself was lovely.

The gentleman that checked us in - I believe his name was Trev - he seemed nice but also seemed very irritated that we were trying to check in while he was busy on his phone. He walked away at first and left us waiting for 10 minutes and when he came back he proceeded to still be on while doing our check in. He had to ask the same questions multiple times because he was too distracted by the videos and then also by the phone call he took while we were still standing there waiting for our keys. The whole process took A LOT longer than it should have. Which did not set for a good start.
