Everything , the room was super clean , the bed was so comfortable ! We were able to hook up our Xbox to play video games . Free coffee ! The lady that runs the motel is an absolute sweet heart her aura just radiates beauty . Everything was so easy and close to a lot ! We went to cave of the winds the night we stayed and day after and honestly I am already missing the entire experience 100/10 will be back once we plan our next manitou springs trip

Close proximity to all we wanted to see, they (staff) had a menu & recommendation to MO’s diner & within walking distance & GREAT food!! Loved it!! I (Cheri) stayed here about 15-16 years ago & loved the location, I can see as of 8/4 there have been updates made but y’all will always be my go to when in Manitou/Colorado springs!!

The location was excellent
The facilities were decent
People in the room above our's were very noisy until late at night
The lock on the door did not work properly resulting in having people working on the lock when we wanted privacy to change, clean up, and relax. We were not provided with any compensation for this inconvenience
