It was fine, and we got what we paid for.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful with questions I had. The location was convenient and I would call the condition “clean enough”. The towels and bed linens seemed clean and beds were comfortable.

The window shade in the room was broken so it couldn’t be raised, which meant we had to rely on the harsh room fixtures for light. The WiFi wasn’t great and the breakfast wasn’t really worth it.

😞 Disappointing

Location and close to stores and family.

Trash trailer parked in front of office; didnt clean room (dirty on our arrival); long black hair in shower; 8 to 10 inch gap at head of bed to wall and lumpy bed pillows kept sliding off bed at night getting pillow on floor; breakfast was cold and very few options; bath towels were small and very worn. We told housekeeper on our scheduled day that we were leaving room 203 all day but they never came and when we returned, I had to go to desk to ask for new towels. Manager handed me a stack without apology. There was a late night altercation at the motel requiring multi police cars and arrests were made. Overall facility and grounds is in need of lots of maintenance and management was a huge disappointment.

Felt dirty and cheap compared to the price we paid

It was decent, not the worst I’ve stayed at but certainly not the best Quality In.

We had no towels not even hand towels and had to ask for two big towels to shower, never brought hand towels after they were “dried”. The room was a bit dirty, floors pretty dirty, and stains on the bedding/top blankets.

Good breakfast with many choices, both hot and cold. Clean rooms. Neighbors above were noisy so you can hear them. Good location to visit the town and other tourist attractions.

It was very close to the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway.

The sheets had stains, the floors were dirty, and there were loud patrons outside at night. It was not a setting for families with young children.

Complications with checking in.. The shower still had hair from the previous occupant. I had to clean the shower myself... never was I compensated for the inconvenience. Weed resin on the bedside table. Staff were questionable characters... for the price I paid it should have been a perfectly flawless transaction/experience. Less than QUALITY!

The room did not represent "Quality Inn" well. It was refurbished at some point and everything in the room worked, and was clean for the most part, but it just looked run down. The walls and ceiling were unattractive, the remodel looked rushed.

It was close to nearby attractions.

No smoke detector in either room we booked. Bathroom light bled into the rest of the room as the upper wall was not closed off. The beds were cheap and squeaky. Walls were not painted all the way. Kitchenette had no utensils or pots/pans to use.

Sleep good but spooky.

They are renovating. Pool totally closed down. Trashy outside. Beds and room was clean. We had pre- paid so stayed 4 nites or we would have moved. Very little for breakfast. The tattooed kitchen help worked hard trying to keep the breakfast line supplied. Next time we’ll stay at the Holiday Inn express across the street.

The bed sheets were dirty. They didn’t look washed. Kept finding hair all in the sheets. The shower floor hadn’t been cleaned a very long time, it had a ton of soap scum build up.

Great breakfast and location!

Our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and wifi was good. The breakfast was awesome! There was way more to choose from compared to many places we've been on our trip. Waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits plus all the regular goodies. The man that was running the breakfast was making sure everything was stocked, filled and fresh. The location was perfect for us. Its a nice walk to Manitou Springs to check out the brewery, shops and Penny Arcade. Plus it's a short drive to Garden of the Gods.

It seemed that they were understaffed but they did the best that they could. I really appreciate all that they did to make our stay a good one.

Feont desk was not staffed during posted business hours, nor did the phone to call for help get answered. Laundry facilities in ill repair (2 out of service machines and the only operational dryer had no handle to open the door. Had to call AND WAIT A LONG TIME for maintenace to come to open the door, which they were aware was broken and made bo effort to repair) room appliance didnt function well: the refrigerator froze everything and had no temp control setting, and the microwave was very weak and took 3x as long to heat things. Did not recieve the housekeeping/towels I requested during a lmulti-day stay, and Lastly the room was being turned over 20 minutes before checkout time and key turn-in.

Being on the bottom floor while people with dogs above us. Dogs ran around making a noise while owners were out for the evening. Very disturbing. Pet hair on the linen and towels in our unit, not nice at all. Room was dusty and lots of dirt against the sides of the floors, against cabinets and beds etc. Breakfast was underwhelming and less than "simple"

Convenient…great staff..great room

Clean..courteous staff..comfortable bed and unlike other hotels, the room was very specious strong Wi-Fi and great TV channels. The view was really nice and at night the lights were pretty walking distance to a convenient store and a liquor store wasn’t far either.

The dinning area had a strange smell but were able to take the plates upstairs.

Not the Quality we deserve.

The location to downtown was close and we were able to walk.

Have you ever read reviews and thought it can't be that bad? It can. I read these prior to my trip but I like to give places a chance. On arrival the grounds looked dilapidated. Two homeless people were sleeping on the sidewalk out front. At check in we were warned any signs of make up or stains on towels were a $10 fee. Walking to our room we passed tables with trash and cigarette butts on the ground and a dead mouse in the corner. In our room I pushed a chair in front of the door...I just didn't feel safe . The bedding was disgusting with stains so we brought in our own bedding. The shower...just yuck. You probably think if it was that bad and unsafe why stay? After driving 6 hours and finding out it was non refundable I gave in.
