I love the whirlpool tub and the location is near a lot of places stores and restaurants

We have stayed here at least five times in the past. And I must say this was not a very pleasant experience. The room was fine we always enjoy the king size room with the view of the mountains. But we had extremely noisy neighbors I think they were a bunch of kids running and screaming. I understand that that can happen from time to time. The TV was another issue kept losing the the satellite connection. Told the front desk and was told oh this happens a lot. Did you unplug it and plug it back in? Not a very adequate answer. Kept losing connection all night. Should have been offered a small discount off our bill.
