Great value, clean, and good walking distance to bus

Excellent hotel with great value. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to bus stop to get around town. Area felt safe. Plenty of parking. Laundry available.

Was not able to use laundry after my checkout despite it being the same day. Rooms were a little old but still clean and comfortable.

Love the jacuzzi in room great concept

Nice location breakfast was ok parking was a lil tough love the jacuzzi in room a lil outdated but was primary reason we rented the room

The outdated jacuzzi needs to be updated better jets bubbles ect . Parking in back is hard to turn around and back out is not great either

I always return to Silver Saddle for my business and personal stays in the Colorado Springs area.

Friendly reception and great location near Garden of the Gods entrance. Great value and appreciated the morning breakfast options.

Helpful staff and clean, but basic accomodations

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is older, but well maintained and tidy. Breakfast options are typical, i.e., bagels, limited cereal, and pastries, etc. Sufficient, but that's all.

Location is a couple of miles from historic downtown Manitou, so somewhat incovenient. Rooms are basic, but clean and acceptable. Thin walls as is typical for this type of hotel, so did hear the next door guests arguing and talking way too loudly until 2am or so.

Nice Stay in Manitou

Great location- Garden of the Gods could be seen from our room. Short drive to the main cute town. Short drive to Pikes Peak as well. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy-mostly continental.

We travel with our dog and there isn't much grass nearby the hotel for bathroom breaks. There is a park across the busy main street but that was not convenient. There is a patch behind a dumpster by the Sinclair station next door but that was mostly undesirable as well.

Perfect for the low budget traveler! It was very convinient for us and the breakfast selection was nice and unexpected.

Area was great and short distance to everything I needed, quiet, staff was great at getting things clean, I would stay again

The man helping us to check in was not friendly. We had some questions about the area for eating places. He was very abrupt. The heater in room would go off and on so it would wake us up and it would get cold in our room.

Employee at check in was not friendly whatsoever. I must say, he was not rude but he certainly wasn't friendly. Of the 5 hotels we stayed in, I would say this one was the most uncomfortable check in due to the employee's (lack of) personality.

Affordable, clean, and close to what I needed.

The rooms are perfectly adequate. Clean, fresh towels and toiletries, microwave, and a refrigerator. The view is lovely. I stayed there due to its proximity to the Manitou Incline, where I train each year for a week.

Location was great for our trip. Pool looked great but we didn’t have time to use it. Requested first floor but got second.

Beds were extremely hard. Get rid of the bedspreads and carpeting.

Checked in after 3:30 pm and the room was filthy, and left 2 days early because the room was infested with ants, have stayed here in many occasions, this will most likely be our last time staying at the silver saddle

This place needs a lot of repairs. High price for value.

The room seemed clean.

The motel is falling apart. Everything is old. Some Outlets did not work. We had 5 staying in hotel only 2 towels provided and 1 small shampoo. I called for towels and they wanted us to get them. It was pouring rain. Our toilet got plugged no plunger and no one was available to help us out. I called and left messages but no response. Apparently the office closes at 10:00pm no one to help in emergency. They need to have someone in case of emergency . Parking sucked where our room was. We have a larger vehicle hard to get in and out of parking. The stairs to our room cannot be at code. We paid for two days but checked out a day early

The room was clean just very outdated. The shower was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Very comfy, close to the The Garden of the Gods and other sores . Had free breakfast , which actually was really good.

Our experience here was great. Other than the people above us were really rowdy. So if you are delicate on the noise. You should ask for the upstairs room.
