Ok, stay.

Fairly close to our activity locations. We enjoyed the hot tub after the Manitou Incline.

We needed to do laundry, but someone left their clothes unwashed in the machine. I went back the next day, and they were still there. When you vacuum, don't forget the elevator. We stayed 3 nights. One evening, we needed something and couldn't get anyone to come to the front desk.

Good, clean, and welcoming

Loved the wall art for the feel in the room. Pool was spacious so that I could watch my kids and not get wet too. Quiet between rooms so as not to disturb.

Extra towels in our bathroom would've been nice. Tissue in the room as well as in the bathroom would've been nice. The towel hamper by the pool needs to be nearer the towel rack so there's not so much back and forth from the shower to the towels to the hamper then back to the door to leave. Smell of cigarettes in the hallway even tho it said non smoking. No hot chocolate or juice at breakfast, only coffee and milk.

Great place to stay.

Comfortable, good breakfast, nice location, easy parking. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in refillable containers in nice hot shower. This is a great hotel, and we would definitely stay again. A good deal for staying in Colorado.

The room was comfortable and clean. No extra charge for parking, Asked to have a mountain view however it was not available so they assigned me a room with a view of a wooded area and creek.

Eggs at breakfast were watery. No hand soap in the bathroom, had to ask for it and it was promptly delivered to the room. Towels were thin,

Needed to gradually acclimatize to elevation before going to higher altitude. Manitou Springs area was the perfect fit for our purpose. About two years ago, we had stayed at this Days Inn and it was decent, so we chose to go back.

We've stayed here before & had a good experience. This time, we had very noisy neighbors. Their TV & talking were loud. Many doors banging shut in the early am. More hangers in the room would be good especially since there is only one drawer for clothes.

Spent two comfortable nights here!

Very comfortable beds. Nice sized, clean room. Although there were a lot of people staying there, it was very quiet at night. No mini-refrigerator noise. Very convenient room layout with numerous plug ins in convenient places, a mirror over the desk as well as a full-length mirror outside of the bathroom. Good lighting for reading in bed. Decent price for the location.

The shower could use a larger shower head and a bit more water pressure. The towels were pretty thin. The hot breakfast was less than average quality, so we skipped it the second day and went to a restaurant.

Cheap and decent, but would avoid

Fairly decent hotel, especially for the low price. The staff Friday when we checked in was great. Every other time we went through the lobby, the staff was "odd" at best. Saturday night, when we got back there was an "old homeless guy" (think homeless guy from Home Alone movie) sitting on the couch in the lobby. Then we went to the hot tub, but found someone had pooped in it, so we weren't getting in there. We stopped at the front counter to find a sign that "staff was assisting other people" but the "homeless guy" was still sitting on the couch. Later we needed some assistance in our room, so we went back to the lobby to find the homeless guy behind the counter. Apparently he was the staff that evening and he helped us, but why was he just sitting over on the couches earlier, with a sign up on the counter. Overall the hotel was ok. My only complaint would be that the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers in the shower have a removable lid. That's kinda gross that anybody could put anything in there. I'm fairly confident the shampoo was 95% watered down, probably from the lid being loose.

Better than advertised

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet at night (I am a light sleeper), and breakfast was reasonable (better than the grab and go I saw in the description). The spa was a delight. Food and attractions were easily accessible. I definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is not a deal breaker, but breakfast could use a little more variety, especially if you are staying more than three days.
