People were great; room was disappointing.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast was well-stocked with great choices; tasted great.

TV in our room was small with poor picture and sound. Toilet seat in our room was loose; had to tighten the bolt myself. Blanket on one bed was dirty. Ceiling in the bathroom in our room was drooping. Fan grate in our bathroom was very dirty, several areas in our bathroom had dark residue, perhaps mold..,perhaps glue or caulk. Overall, not up to Raddison quality and not a good value. I expected better based on the brand and the price.

Convenient, friendly staff and decent breakfast

It was convenient. We flew in late with little kids and didn’t want to drive the almost 2 hours to our destination. This was 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was decent. Staff were really friendly. We met the manager at breakfast and he was really kind. Go Pokes!

It was a great stay. I stayed there twice during my road trip.

IT was quiet, and comfortable. I also liked the location being right off of the highway. The room was also very clean, which helps. The staff was also courteous.

Good value, fabulous breakfast, checkin all business, no TX friendliness we’re accustomed to.

The breakfast was very good, altho’ the sausage, eggs, and potatoes were cold. There was an amazing variety I am sure could please any and everyone. We were pleasantly impressed. Lots of seating and hot coffee too:)

Temp of the food, evening check in staff not friendly. We stood waiting to check in, while she worked on something on the computer, Never greeted us, and only when someone else came to check-in behind us, did she begin with us.

Lovely stay

The room was comfortable, nice sofa and chair to relax and watch tv. Nice coffee and tea making facilty. The bathroom was lovely and the shower so powerful it was great. Easy parking and a short drive to the supermarket and town. The breakfast was great, so much to choose from.

The bed was a bit high, not ideal for me being short!

Breakfast area and meal plus the staff who managed it was on point plus friendly woman.

Well the smell of hallways and room were a bit cleaning fluid aromas. Front desk checkin flat in warmth and didn’t seem to know much about the Federal law specifics when it comes to establishments rights versus owners rights and discrimination laws when it comes to Service Animals. If pre arrival written a msg and email that was thru Booking.com. And it appears they never read it prior as well to my arrival

The front desk was so kind. The breakfast was really good. The location was convenient. We stayed for a softball tournament and it was easy to get around and still safe.

Just a complete fail!

The night front desk person was the only good thing we experienced.

We had to be moved twice because of issues. Toilet did not work in first room and smoke detector malfunctioning at 1:30 am in the second room. Daytime front desk clerk was less than friendly and seemed bothered when I asked for an additional pillow. Definitely won’t be back here.

The hotel badly needs updating. The bed was painfully uncomfortable. You have very little water pressure in the shower. You have the coffee pot on the dresser with no accessible plug and had to move it to the bathroom. The bathroom floor needs clean caulking and currently looks disgusting.

The breakfast was good, and room was clea.

The staff at check, told me twice that it was non smoking and no pets. I don't smoke, and wasn't traveling with a pet, and had already paid for the room. It came across unfriendly. Also, I had spent all day on the road, and the person at the desk insisted on the license plate number. When I told her I couldn't remember she said she had to have it, I told her that I didn't want to go back to the car to check it. She went, but her demeanor changed when she came back, and she didn't offer me a cookie. Also some noise woke me up about 1AM, it stopped after about 30 minuted but I was awake.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the beds were so tall that I had trouble getting into bed. This also caused problems when it came to dressing because there was only one small chair to sit in and there were a few of us.

A Mixed Bag

The staff was very friendly and helpful when our reservation could not be found. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, though dated.

Even though I had made reservations several months prior to our stay, it was not in the system. I had received an email confirmation and reminder from Booking.com that I shared with the staff member. The room was prepaid. It took an hour, talking to staff and trying to reach Booking to try to find our reservation. Ultimately, the issue could not be resolved, so we ended up canceling the original reservation on the end of Booking and just paying for a room at the hotel. Despite stating on the website that there was breakfast, it was not available. After getting to our room, the TV remote could not be located. Staff on duty, found another somewhere and reprogrammed it for us. There was no coffee pot, also as stated online. No hand towels or drinking cups were in the room. Probably will not return.
