their was no congenital breakfast as described on the page. we had only one pillow and set of towles, and was unable to get more. was given a room with no sheets the heater was broen and the microwave bearly worked. wasnt able to get a late checkout and found a used syringe on the bathroom sink

I really like the all-in-one convenience and nice facilities.

This place was great. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do in Springdale and around the area. The restaurant right next to the front office was perfect. It has friendly staff, good food and I didn't have to drive to it. The front desk people were very nice and helpful when needed. The room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed with great pillows. The bar was awesome as well and so close to the room. No driving necessary. There is nothing to complain about at all. I will come back again for another stay.

Room was decent and comfortable considering the location and price.

Internet was non-existent in our room. Television was pretty limited. We could not connect to the wifi at all.

Convenient location with semi parking.

Room was quiet and the bed was cozy. They had parking for my semi. The staff members were wonderful.

The TV remote was covered in crumbs. Luckily, I carry clorox wipes, so I was able to wipe it clean.

Great value for a nice stay!

It was clean. The staff was all so friendly. The roses on the toilet paper rolls were so cute! The beds were comfortable. All around it was a great experience!

The lady that checked us in was very nice and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

The air freshener in the lobby was so strong it almost choked us, fortunately the aroma in our room was better. There was a huge brawl/fight with 20or more drunk men and women outside of our room. I was afraid that my vehicle was going to be hit by them as the fight was right in front of our room. I didn't report it simply because I didn't want them to find out it was us and retaliate. I do realize the hotel may not have had them as guests but I bet this isn't the first time something like this has happened. There should be some sort of security in place to prevent that many drinking and fighting in the parking lot. This was a public nuisance.

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but close.

Location relative to UA was good. The Flapjacks breakfast buffet was a good value with friendly staff.

The property includes a late night motorcycle bar from which drunken loud bikers stumbled out and repeatedly revved and stalled their bikes from 11:30pm until 1:45 am roughly every 20 minutes. Also the beds were metal and squeaked loudly and were completely worn out.

A wonderful place to lay over at!

Aldi's Super market next door as well as Walmart Super center & Walgreens across the street where very convenient, Papa Johns Pizza too. Tractor Trailer parking was a plus as well. Flapjack's Restaurant has a great all you can eat buffet!

Fatty's Bar closes on Sundays.

Cigarette holes in everything, sheets were stained, towels had footprints, the room had bed bugs, even the curtains had moth holes. There was sharpie writing on the bathroom wall that had not even been attempted to be cleaned. If you get room 149 just sleep in your car.

I loved the location, many good food joints and accessible convenience stores! It had this vintage vibe with their furnishings. Ac, toilet, and shower all worked great, no complaints here!

The room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. Even though there is a bar right across from the room we stayed in it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was delicious and they have amazing coffee.

We could have used more towels, but the staff was very accommodating when we asked for more.
