Location was great. Breakfast was good. The size of the room was good. Staff was great, very friendly.

Sticky stain on carpet. Asked for someone to clean it and nobody came. Broken ice machine on our floor. One morning there was no hot water. But, it was fixed later that day. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was nasty. You had to press the up button on the elevator to go down and one of the lights by the bed didn't work. But, overall the hotel was clean.

Pretty good place

The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The hot tub has been turned off for 4 years and was unavailable. Also the indoor pool was not available on our day of arrival.

I was really pleased with the location of the property.

Some of my lights were not working. There was a bug in my room. When I came to check in the staff was outside with some other people smoking cigarettes at the front entrance. My room key card stopped working and I had to get it fixed several times.

Short but sweet stay in the Springdale/Fayetteville area at an affordable hotel with clean rooms.

Affordable hotel, location was not too far from our destination. The staff at the front desk were very considerate, professional, and had a great sense of humor! Beds were clean, room was spacious; my only complaint was that we didn't get Whataburger when we first got into town.

We weren't there long enough to have any real issues with our hotel. If anything, they were more than generous to us as we overslept beyond check-out time and did not have any issue, nor were we charged additional fees.

Where is hotel as far as cleanliness goes I’ve ever stayed i!! I would not have stayed there, but they refused to give me my money back even after we changed rooms multiple times, and there were stains all over the sheets and hairs in the sheets. It was horrible. Worst night of my life.

Don was the agent at the desk when I checked in. Not only did he let the folks in line know that he would get to them, the truck driver in front of me had a question about where he was parking and your employee took the time to go outside and make sure the drivers rig was in a safe spot. I really appreciate the service he provided to him. After I checked in and went to my room I saw construction equipment. I went back down and Don quickly, apologized and had me in a new room. This is the only positive experience I had staying at this property.

Walking in I saw that the hot tub was empty and when I got to the 2nd room the door handle would only open in the up position. Overall the room felt pretty clean, the end tables and coffee table were crooked from whoever cleaned it and there was a stain on the comforter under the decorative cover. The toilet had a hard time flushing and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so whatever WAS in there eventually was everywhere, if ya catch my... drift. I remember when breakfast would go until at least 10am, but I get it companies have to find ways to grow and at the same time provide more profit year over year, but at 8:30am there was some eggs, some apples and nothing in the cooler but butter. There was some slices of wheat bread but no other options. The waffle iron had chunks of previous failed attempts. Overall I would give the entire "breakfast" a hard D-. For having "Suites" in the name it was woefully disappointing. I filled my yeti half way up with coffee expecting it to not taste good and went back up to my room. If you serve breakfast until 9am, and only 9am, serve the entire breakfast. Don't lie and say that the bulk comes out at 6am for the hard working folks that have to get to work, but if you're spending money to have a leisurely weekend and want to sleep in till the crack of, oh say 8 am on a Sunday morning don't expect anything for breakfast. These days for someone to spend money on amenities as opposed to getting a cheap hotel there has to be some line to distinguish the two.

Our stay was only two nights, but worth it.

Breakfast didn't settle well with me, but tasted good as I ate. Second day was a winner for me. Waffles, scambled eggs, sausage....etc. Swimming pool was warm to make up a little for no working hot tube.

Only thing I didn't like was Hot tube did not work, and plans are to remove it.... so don't expect it to be working.

Breakfast food was great. Coffee is always a bonus. The arrangement of the breakfast bar(s) was a little scattered but easy to find.

Our tub never completely drained. Only one of us took a shower, but another washed their hair in the tub. There was a plunger left in the bathroom...
