The breakfast was the only bad time there, the pancake maker couldn’t make the pancakes. So I tried to make oatmeal and the hot water was empty. Luckily had other options but would have been nice to have.

The check in process was done in no time. The front desk person was kind and friendly. The room was very clean and most important of all, the bed was very comfortable my resting time was perfect. The breakfast menu/temperature were great/delicious. I will stay again in the future and definitely recommend family and friends.

The bathroom has black mold on the floor on the shower. I told the front desk after seeing it in the room. I showed them a picture I took of the black mold. They asked to see the picture and took a picture of my picture and said they were going to show the manager. Never heard back.

Something had been tracked in on someone's shoes, and trailed into the elevator and on the rug on 3rd floor. This was not cleaned up for hours. Our room floor needed to be swept/vacuumed.

It was not what I expected the room we stayed in looked like the police had raided the room on multiple occasions the door wouldn’t latch so we had to make sure the lock was set and the hallways were dark and dingy and I’m sure it was because the walls were nasty and the carpets looked horrible

We booked 3 rooms for me and my family, and everyone absolutely loved it! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the safety and comfort of the accommodations are top-notch. The beds are super comfortable, making it a great place to rest and recharge. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

All of the staff was super friendly and it was a nice modern room. There was a footprint on the ceiling, stained sheets, a booger and some mystery brown splatter on the wall in the bathroom (the only thing I didn’t get a picture of) smeared on the walls and a lack of blankets/pillows. It was a good stay, I just wish everything had been a bit cleaner!

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Employees were friendly. The big problem was that the room had ants. A LOT of ants. I told the front desk person and he said they'd look into it. All they did was remove the coffee station from my room. There were still MANY ants. This was just unacceptable, so I will not be coming back.

At check in room key machine was down had to be escorted by staff to let you in your room every time you left. The next day there was no water in the facility and the staff was unaware. When asked about some drinking water to brush teeth asked how we would like to be charged for the water.

Apparently the key card machine was down, so we never received a key for our room. I understand that things can happen, but on a game weekend, they had one girl (likely a new employee) on staff for the entire evening at the front desk. She had to check in all parties while also personally walking all guests to their individual rooms to unlock their doors with a master fob. She did it all with a smile on her face, no fault of hers. But no management on site until Monday, no help for this poor employee, no real system in place for a situation like this. We could have had her unlock any room of our choosing, so we felt unsafe and unsecure our entire stay and while we were away. Every time we came back to the lobby, large groups were waiting to be escorted to their rooms. Horrible experience.

The only problem was their room key machine was not functioning and she couldn’t make keys. She had to go with us to our room and let us in everytime along with several other guests. Manager was not available to help nor could they find anyone to fix the machine. We felt sorry for the sweet young lady having to handle everything on her own! She was great! Always smiling!

I was disappointed that we had a softball team full of children that was not able to utilize the pool because there was not an emergency phone. When all the parents had phones the girls had phones. I also was disappointed with the breakfast it was not what it was advertised. My room was not attended to as I had requested. We were all supposed to receive awards for the issues , but never received them.
