Our stay could not have been better!

Walls are thin, good luck sleeping!

Quality of room was nice.

Thin walls- woke up all night by people in hallway. Water was not hot and couldn’t shower. AC didn’t cool room enough.

The motel is nice. It's clean and we'll appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst stay I've ever had in a motel. I was awakened 3 different times between 10pm and 3:30am by people yelling in the halls.

If you have a hard time sleeping due to noise 24/7 from either traffic all night or loud disruptive guest who don’t sleep, stay elsewhere. It didn’t bother me too badly! It’s out of staff control.

Modern up to date facility. Appears to be new. Spacious and comfortable room with large walk-in shower which I really liked. Friendly professional staff.

Was impressed with breakfast area. Large assortment of breakfast items and plenty of places to sit, however hot breakfast items were cold. Oatmeal was nothing but oats and water in other words not cooked correctly. I got there about 20 minutes after opening and hot items were cold. Fried potatoes also were not very good. They need to improve food preparation and learn how to make oatmeal. Staff was friendly.

Clean and comfy

The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious, the beds were amazing, and the pillows were so great I ordered some online for myself! If you are looking for comfort and a safe location in the middle of everything, this hotel is perfect.

I booked this hotel specially for the indoor pool and hot tub, which was shown in some of the online pictures. There is no hot tub, and the indoor pool was cold. We were really disappointed as I was on a business trip and the kids and my husband were going to swim to entertain themselves. This hotel also charges for breakfast, which is rather expensive for what is offered.If you are picky and would like the extra amenities, I would keep looking.

It was great and 2 miles away from my family's house... I was very satisfied w my stay and the bed was like heaven...

Beware...Hot tub does NOT work.

The water pressure in the shower was good....

I booked this hotel for the indoor swimming pool/hot tub. Upon checking in, I was informed that the pool was heated but in December, the hot tub would no longer be available due to remodel. After dinner, looking forward to a nice hot sit in the hot tub, the water was ICE COLD...The maintenance kid had to come down twice, unplugging it to reset it, it never did warm up and the pool was far from heated as well. It was just an average stay. Would not reccomend nor will we return.

The pool was not open. The shower leaked from the light fixture in the bathtub. They would not give me a refund due to other things that went wrong.

Very poor

Didn't allow us to eat breakfast for free even though reservation showed it should have been in my emial even after showing the staff. We arrived at 9 pm and tried to shower at 9:30 pm and there was no hot water. Called they said it would work if you let it run for a while. 20 minutes later went down to the front desk to let them know it still wasn't working. They went and reset and we had to run water for another 15 minutes and finally got hot water. The following morning at 9:00 am went down to use pool and it was out of order. Very poor experience. 1st floor near elevator had an aweful smell as well.
