Room was great, the staff not so great.

The room was spacious and temperature was comfortable. I like the lighting and charging stations.

Upon arrival at 10pm there was no staff anywhere in the lobby or to be found. We waiting nearly 10 minutes for anyone to greet us or check in. There was a person sleeping and snoring on the lobby couch, but no staff to speak of.

Would definitely stay again!

Beds were comfortable. Room felt huge! Very stylish and up to date. It was very clean. There was a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There was also a safe. Bathroom was very nice. Loved having a light switch by the bed for the foyer. The electric black out curtain was also a nice touch. Cleaning service was available by request, which is nice when you prefer to only have towels exchanged and not someone coming in every day of your stay. Loved that someone called the room after we made it in, to check to see if we needed anything upon arrival.

While the showerhead was adjustable with different settings, the water pressure was lacking for our preference. Also there was no fan in the bathroom for steam during a shower or while using the toilet. Continental breakfast started at 7 on the weekend. We came for a volleyball tournament and didnt get to take advantage of the breakfast bc we had to be at the tournament by 7:15.

Loved location and they had a new automatic coffee machine that ground your coffee from beans brewed the coffee and dispensed in your cup and the coffee station had creamers tea hot chocolate anything you needed and any hour of the day it was amazing 😋

Our stay was horrible

Firsr, front dest was unable to locate our booking. When finally located i again asked for a quiet room. I feel it was out of spite , we were placed in the noisiest room in the hotel, right next to the kitchen. We were awaken at 5 am by slamming doors, pots and pans. On top of that there was a room near us with a barking dog and a person running above us until 10 pm. It was confirmed by the next shift as being the noisiest room they had. We requested another room for the remaining of our stay. Our new room, the guest next door had thier tv on all night long By then, we accepted the fact it was not going to get better. We also skipped on the breakfast. I don't eat carbs and I hate powdered eggs.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Will be staying here anytime we are in the Springdale/Fayetteville area. Bonus...checkout was at 12 p.m.

Front desk staff didn't know how to check in for two bookings at once. Tried to cancel my second booking and just extend my first one, which would cause me to be double-charged.

Terrible, double charged, no explanations.

We thought we would like everything since it was brand new. But our experience quickly changed after checking out.

We typically stay at HIE but this time was all it took for us to never stay at one again. We booked for $248 and they charged us almost $500!? My booking app and all states $248 but the charge to my bank was nearly double that. No explanation, no call back, no nothing. Pool was closed with no heads up even though they said it had been closed for a while. We booked with a pool for our child. Couldn’t even use the amenities they list. Shower floors were dangerously slick, Newley no texture, wife almost fell, I thought it was just her being clumsy but it was in fact slick. All in all Unacceptable

Spotless and brandnew. Obvious (in a positive way) that it had just opened. Room was large and spacious.

Internet was very sluggish. Ending up hotspotting cellphone service. Bathroom sink doesn’t have a drain stop, made it difficult to shave for business meeting.
