The staff, particularly Ebony, were wonderful to work with. Was able to get a last minute riverview room to see the fireworks which was wonderful.
The bathroom was a little dirty, otherwise the room was nice.

Good rooms, good size, nice hotel
The music from nearby facilities or the roof top kept me awake on the Saturday night and the freight trains woke me up both mornings with their horns. This was between 04.00 and 05.00.
