The rooms were nice BUT the staff was top notch!!! I'd stay here again just because of the staff! I also like that they had free covered parking and a nice breakfast.

Every single person in the staff was so kind - it truly made our very short stay, a great one. We arrived late at night, the front desk lady greeted us with a smile, made the check-in process smooth, and wished us a good night. The next morning, the cleaning staff greeted us and warmly wished us a good day. Then when we asked for a late check-out, it was granted swiftly and the front desk lady was all smiles too. Is everyone in the staff this kind?! That is all I could think of. It made our visit 10x nicer and set us up for a great time in Memphis.

Very clean, secure, and comfortable with great staff. We stayed here approximately 16 years ago and the standards have only improved.
