Great location close to Beale street across from Peabody hotel. Nice big rooms with 2 double beds.

We discovered our room had neither hand soap nor body wash. Two calls to the front desk with were met with “sorry, we’re out.” Unacceptable.
The entire lobby had *zero* functioning heating which meant frigid temperatures given it was 19°F out. To top it all off, the English muffins at breakfast were green with mold and the orange juice was icy. Simply awful.

We came late night. The facility only offers VALET parking for $30 a night. That would have been okay should we know that it’s pay to park. There are no other option.
Then checking in we are several times. The first room has an issue with the door locks, then the second room was leaking with water. We slept on the third room which was like a furnace but we decided to stay in that room because it’s already late and we are tired.
The next day we reported the situation to the front desk and it took three attempts before they actioned on it. They came to fix it at around 11PM. The technician said no one from the front desk informed him until late and he was around early.
