    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at The Peabody. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent—professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The valet team was especially friendly and made arriving and leaving quick and easy. One of the highlights was the famous duck march. The gentleman who led the ducks was engaging, funny, and so kind to the children. He took the time to interact with them and made the experience extra special for the families watching.

    Peabody is our new fav Memphis hotel aside from guesthouse. These are the only two hotels in Memphis we will ever stay at. We will be back

    Room wasn't fully serviced everyday, We had to ask for clean towels. There was no mini bar fridge in the room. Some bar staff were no too friendly (I know they were busy).

    It was quite busy when we checked in and they told us our room wasn’t ready yet, so they held our bags while we went to get something to eat. They texted us when our room was ready so we went back and it was even busier. They gave us our room keys and we headed to our rooms. The lobby was packed and so were the elevators. My husband has a broken collarbone and his arm is in a sling so he has to be careful not to let anyone bump it. We finally made it to our room, opened the door, and there’s a man standing there in his underwear brushing his teeth! We headed to our back downstairs, fighting the crowd to get on and off the elevators, went to the front desk, and asked for a manager. The manager apologized and gave us another room. The next morning we were awakened at 7AM by workers n the room next door, using miter saws, drills, and hammers. We met other guests on the elevator who were complaining about the rude awakening. We complained to the manager but because we used a “third party site” to book the reservation, there was nothing they could do. Apparently, you only get service if you book directly through them and pay double! By the way, there’s no fridge or microwave in the rooms, and the only thing you get free is coffee. Save your money! Just go see the ducks in the lobby.
