We stay at several hotels a year and the staff at this Inn was the friendliest and most helpful of any place we have ever stayed.
The sheets in the room were not the cleanest and the fold out bed was not comfortable.

The janitor tried to come in my room while I was still there without knocking. & no one helped me with my luggage

Nice clean room, rooftop was beautiful, lobby & staff pleasant!
Door to the room was loud closing. Microwave door loud & beeper too.

Nothing
The location. Only valet parking $30 a day. And guest gets there window busted out. The breakfast was terrible only eggs, breakfast microwave sandwiches with eggs also. The hotel price is over $200 a night. You would expect more . I would stay at Hilton.
