Friendly staff and location of the property
Cleanliness of the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and shower. Sink & shower Water line has air in it and would splash out

the staff was extremely nice and very hands on. they made sure that I had everything I needed and the valet service was great as well. I will definitely be staying here again.
It took the water a long time to heat up, they only serve breakfast.

It was walking distance from EVERYTHING downtown.
No self- parking.

Good location, close to events, not too far from Beale St. to walk back at night.
Outdated, old/stained/broken plug covers. Minimal room lighting. Ice machine didn’t work. Parking is valet only @ $37/day.
