Management is unwilling to review the accusation of dogs in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. With no problems, the location is good and the value of the room is worth it.

I was accused of having a dog in my room. I have 3 large dogs that do not travel with me. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, not once have I ever brought my dogs with me. I asked to speak to the manager several times. I asked for the manager to review the cctv. My request was denied. When I attempted to explain to the manager that there were dogs in the room next to mine, I was told there was nothing they could do once I was placed on the do not reserve list.

I didn't stay there at all

I was told that I could no longer stay at the facility. They said I had tried to burn the place down sometime in 2020. Which I never did nor would I ever do in my life. I am. Outraged with this accusation and no longer will I stay there even if they let me. Plus the guys wife smelled very bad and very much needs to shower once or twice a day. Also there is a lot of drug activities that are going on In the parking lot. A cooker even approached my 12 year old son. This is absolutely scary. Especially in the world we live in.

The whole experience terrified me and my wife's new boyfriend.

Great price, great location, but you may want to bring your own towels and loads of Lysol and Clorox

The staff gave me a different room when the "nonsmoking" room reeked of smoke. He also helped me with the key to my room. The location is awesome. It is close to many things.

Although the new room didn't smell like smoke, it smelled like something even after I sprayed everything down with Lysol. The towels looked and felt dingy.

Photos are misleading. Stay somewhere else!

Nothing, its old, dated, dirty, and over priced. If your considering this hotel by cost, save yourself the disappointment and go to the Motel 6 next door instead!

Photos of hotel did not match hotel, breakfast bar was in photos but closed for “covid” also pictures of a nice lobby, however the lobby and pool was locked and closed to all guests for no apparent reason. Coffee maker in room did not work, bathtub was dirty, and there was hair on the bed sheets.
