If you don’t have breakfast, just tell us.

Check in system still not efficient now, but the front desk guy helped, made working. The location is good. Room is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is too bad, only cafe and two kind of bars in there. Nothing else.

Overall a very good value for the price!

I loved that they have an indoor pool. There was convenient access to my room, which was wonderfully spacious, and super clean. I liked that the mini fridge had a proper freezer, with separate doors.

It felt a little odd to have the desk clerk be not physically present, but virtual by video within a kiosk… but I’m guessing that’s done to keep them safe. I wish there could’ve been also muffins or danishes for the grab & go breakfast, but there were only packaged mini doughnuts and granola bars.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! Unsafe, stinky, sketchy location, and NO ELEVATORS.

Absolutely nothing.

Sketchy neighborhood, unsafe security (anyone can enter property without a key, AND access both floors!), weird video check-in with remote attendant (from India?), NO ELEVATOR, disgusting/overpowering scent plug-ins everywhere. This is a rehab property of an old motel. Tacky exterior decor.

A very bad time

The bed was comfortable

The breakfast and bathroom were not as advertised. Shady looking individuals were roaming around the premises and made me feel unsafe. Their was no rack and I had to carry my bags in and I am handicapped. Bathroom was so small and non functional. The whole place including the room smelled musty and moldy and was terrible for my asthma

I didn’t stay

I opened the room and it smell like mildew. I went back to the front office and gave them the key. I didn’t stay. I called the hotel and I was informed that the hotel was not supposed to refund me. I was told that booking.com was supposed to refund me. I never stayed in the hotel but you’ll billed me for a stay. Not good Very dishonest.

This establishment charged me a cancellation fee, once I paid for a service i booked days before (the pool works) upon arrival the is closed. Angie && Morgan are rude. Karma is real. This is by far the worse hotel experience I’ve had my first time visiting this hotel, I will never try another location. Please stick to La Quinta Inn or Hampton Inn

Very clean, great staff and excellent location for our four night stay exploring the area.

Very convenient to NASA, plenty of stores and restaurants and medical facilities (which we needed for non-emergency) very close by. Reception and house staff very friendly and welcoming.

Adequate but in a bad location.

Just adequate.

Our room was booked on the second floor. They don’t have an elevator and my wife can’t climb stairs. The only other room available was a smoking room on first floor. We accepted it but the odor got worse as time went on. There were a lot of suspicious goings on in the parking lot at night and some of the clientele looked shady. I did not feel comfortable and will not stay at this place again.

Fantastic place to stay with incredible hospitality!

Property and amenities were exactly as described online. Suma and Deven were amazing. Any needs we had were promptly taken care of in a very professional manner. Incredible hospitality!

Hot breakfast would be a nice addition, but the continental breakfast options were adequate.

Probably won't come back

The location was perfect for us, the rooms were good sizes and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived very late on the first night, but the staff waited for us and welcomed us warmly. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it, but didn't look like much choice.

The room was not up to standard. The bedsheets were dirty, looked like the sheets hadn't been changed from previous guest, but staff mentioned that it all looked dirty because sheets are worn. the bathroom was not clean, hair in the bath, nose booger rubbed on the bathroom wall. Wasn't a great experience for us.
