The breakfast area is certainly not set up correctly to handle the guests. The coffee, which everyone wanted, was only one carafe and there was always a line to get to it. Very small space and people reaching over each other to get to the items. Also needs a wastebasket in toilet area.

Excellent Hotel for stay close to NASA

The location was perfect, next to the gas station, close to NASA, close to lots of restaurants and even Costco and HEB are very close. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were pretty big, utilities were well provided. The entertainment on TV was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it

Cruise family

We only needed to stay on night due to catching a cruise out of galveston the next day. After a long drive it was nice room stay on a comfortable bed. The room was great, separate shower and toilet room. With every one in our party it saved on arguments about the bathroom.

Can't think of anything wrong with the hotel or the staff.

Sofa bed was not a sofa bed, it was a sofa with trundle, Bathroom door is a sliding door without lock, Toilet Room has a sliding door without lock, Website advertised laundry room which they didn’t have one. Phone didn’t work, reading lamp was broken, breakfast was ok, not too many options. Back door was not working.

Comfortable and Convenient!

The room was big enough for the family (3 of us). We only needed to be in Webster for 2 days so I could collect my daughter from her holiday camp at NASA - it was a 6-min drive. The restaurants are a 5-min walk and there are some activities to do around there. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and I liked the fact that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower :).

The AC hums - it's sometimes a low hum then high then low… you get the point:). The toilet was a bit too low for me and the room could do with better lighting

We loved the room, and the breakfast was okay, but we will be back!

I wasn't Blown Away by the breakfast overall. The sausage seemed plant-based. It was leathery and was just different. You could tell it had no fat as sausage normally does. The eggs were good, I thought. There were a lot of people having breakfast, and it was quite crowded.

I would start with different breakfast sausage. Maybe another coffee station, as the one you have seems to be a little crowded. I was wanting a waffle but so many people were in line for theirs.

Nice location, large room, breakfast is ok

Location close to Houston space center, and also close to big road, so was easy to go to Rodeo. Very good that bathroom and toilet are 2 separate rooms, thus if stay 4 people then less queuing.

Quite bad ventilation, thus in room co2 level with 4 people quickly went above 1500, so we needed to open window, but as it is close to motorway then it was quite loud with open window. Breakfast was just ok.

Surprise charges

The room was great and fit our family of 6 comfortably during our stay. The location was a short drive to popular destinations and lots of restaurants nearby.

My hey charged is twice for our room. I booked through booking, but got charged again when they swiped our card for incidentals. I spoke to 3 different staff members during our stay and all 3 assured me that it would “fall off” afterwards. Needless to say it did not. No one could tell me why we were charged twice which was more frustrating. Finally after calling multiple times almost 2 weeks after our stay one of the staff agreed that we had prepaid and refunded us our money. Pay attention and ask how much you will be charged when they swipe your card for incidentals!!

My stay was great!

I liked that the rooms were clean and the staff was super sweet. Front desk people were great! And cleaning crew does a great job cleaning the rooms! This is my 2nd time staying here and I have not been disappointed. Rooms smell clean when you walk in and breakfast if also good.

It’s a little further from the beach but it has many other attractions close by.

I booked this room in error. I had 2 other rooms and called immediately to cancel this one and the property would not refund the charge, even though I had the 2 other rooms and it was obvious I got the dates wrong. Never have I had such a negative experience with a hotel.
