We liked the hotel and water park but our fridge was a little dirty and parking is expensive

From checking in to checking out, everything was excellent. Quick check in. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Staying in the Grizzly Bear suite was as advertised. It was spacious and very clean. The water park is huge and fun. There is also an outdoor pool area that was nice. I highly recommend grabbing one of the outdoor cabanas to lay by the pool for swimming and relaxing. There isn’t any fine dining but there were a handful of food options. If you decide to dine out, there are several great options close and in the area. Over all, a great place. My family and I are definitely going to do it again.

The bed was very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Rooms were very large w plenty of space. Everything is very clean and smells good. Plenty of choices to eat there or nearby.

The property was okay, but the there isn't much to do. The arcade and waterpark is small and we had to pay extra for the parking and bracelets..

It has alot bed bugs abd the bed are very oncomterble

The experience was lovely, but extremely over priced. Our room was nice but you can tell the cleaning was rushed there was hair on the bathroom floor and on bed sheets. Overall we really enjoyed the activities and lobby events

My kids loved the room with the bunk beds! They loved everything about the Water park! Overall great birthday trip for my little man!

Not so good. The front desk personnel did not accurately checked us in. As a result, they charged us twice for the Parking Fee. The staff at the Dunkin Donuts was not friendly and continuously provided the wrong order.

So disappointed with the staff and how she encouraged me to purchase the unlimited pass when I was holding my 1.5 year old daughter who literally couldn't do anything. What a scam and they don't ever answer the phone to sort this out. My 6 year old isn't tall Eno gh rondo anything alone and the little one can't do anything so this family trip was completely divided and we felt very misled by the check in staff.

Very poor customer service! They do not care to answer questions! They get annoyed easily and do not give you all the details about how everything is handled. I had to push to get just the minimum of information. Had a very stressful morning, and I qas very disappointed to see their attitude. I had a Caucasian young man attending us today the 13th of July. He was not helpful at all. Service in the water park is not good either, they will charge the wrong items and not even care to give you the right ones on time. We felt ignored. The lady in the buffet attending the food was awesome ! She made us feel welcome today at dinner. I really wanted to get the most out of this trip because we came to celebrate my sons birthday but I am very disappointed on how things went today. I really wanted to plan all activities and get the best deals with packages but I guess we have to figure it out ourselves.

This property needs to work with their front desk staff. They are the guest first point of contact. In my experience and others they over charge for parking and lack of explanation or details when you first check in. Poor attitude and then when you ask for more information it seems like a chore. I was charged for 3 cars and I only had 1 car parked on property. The lady who checked me in never once asked how many cars I had but she left a note I had 3 and charged me for them. I didnt realize until I checked out and saw the overage. Like many others who had issues with the front desk if they would take their time and just do what is required at check in the line would move faster and there wouldnt be so many guest returning with questions and issues. As long as I was in line I witnessed so many guests with issues. Its a shame because being a new location you hate to give them a bad review but work needs to be done at this location with the staff.

The overall experience was nothing short than amazing!!!!!

My family of five had a great time. Room was clean and staff were nice and attentive. There was plenty of activities for my kids to do. The pools were clean and the food was good.
