Very disappointing.

Location was good for why we were there

No one at desk when tried to check in. Room only cleaned every 3 days. Breakfast was not refreshed every day—bread had mold on it. Only had one roll of toilet paper, called housekeeping 3 times—didn’t get request until morning. WiFi was weak. Tv didn’t connect—not able to watch

disappointing stay

Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel in this class. Waffles like usual but the eggs were powdered, pastry selection was awful, and no yogurt, granola or anything else.

They advertised a hot tub spa but it was not working and the staff even admitted that it has been out for many months without being repaired. They should not be advertising facilities that you do not intend to provide.

it worked well for the reason of visit in sandpoint.

the facility seemed to look outdated from the outside the parking was very bad shape but the inside was nice and average. I enjoyed the king size bed with the spa in the room.

Location. Fridge in room. Clean sink and bath. Comfortable bed.

The shower water turned from luke warm to steaming hot. I had to jump out of shower so not to get scalded. Also the water pressure was low. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

Location is good. It's convenient to have breakfast included in hotel price. Log furniture is awesome.

The rooms need to be upgraded. Drywall was peeling off in my room. Pillows and mattresses are old. The door was jamming. The light above the mirror didn't work.

The person working the evening we checked in was inappropriately friendly. The carpet is filthy and therefore made the whole room feel dirty. The smell of cleaner was extremely strong. Sticky surface on the desk.

In the shower above the shower head there is plaster like you’re trying to plug a leakkk!!! Water was coming out of the walll!!!! I work for mold remediation, and could smell the mold the minute I walked in to check in. It is an old building with spas there’s going to be mold no matter what! I would suggest to fix any leaks and replace the moldy drywall in affected areas. Also my dog found a dog bone from the previous people to stay under the tv stand! I’m glad I fought her chewing it because I don’t give her bones !

This Days Inn Sandpoint is awful - never ever will stay here or any other Days Inn .

Please , please send a representative from Booking.com - should not be included with your good name booking.com Our door latch catches- you must open with force . Carpets never steamed cleaned found a sock on floor . The outside side door to parking lot isn’t locked at all . Bed skirts filthy looks like never washed . Hot tub not working- looks gross. Laundry not working. Asked the manager and he shrugged his shoulder . Nothing to like . I thought Brand Days Inn had certain guidelines obviously not

Nothing absolutely nothing to like . My Husband and I with our 20 pound dog wished we had checked the place before we stayed . I can not believe anyone would give this place a Star. The Photos on website isn’t accurate - So misleading, Days Inn so run down , Open 24/7 outside side door no security. Photos on website so misleading.

was very disappointed in the entire experience!

Not much! it was clear when we pulled up that there is no pride of ownership. The entry and parking are in terrible shape, no landscaping and the concrete is all busted up. The door to our room wouldn’t shut properly, the bathroom door squeaked when you opened or closed it. The mattress moved all over the bed. The noise level was annoying. The recliner needs replaced.

Smelly Dog Room

It was a short drive to the lake and a mall was nearby. The breakfast was good by post Covid standards.

The room smelled of dog (expected—it was a pet ok room) but the room had an even worse smell that was far worse. I could hardly stand it. And I preferred the dog smell to the masking agent (spray) that made this menagerie of smells a very unpleasant experience.
