Happy for the value of the place compared to other hotels i stayed in the past in the same area this one is the best so

The room was dirty, outdated & not properly cleaned

The gentleman in the office was attentive.

The shower has severe mold, and there was dried blood on the bathroom drawer. The bed frame is rusty. My room was not cleaned at any point during my stay despite my requests for housekeeping; the staff only emptied the trash cans.

Untimed vacation but perfect…

The room was nice and clean, we were able to get in an out with no problems… the shower worked great and the beds were clean and comfortable…. Everything was walking distance from the hotel…

I can’t complain because everything was so perfect the room the view and location was perfect I’m planning my next trip soon really enjoyed my stay in Lake Tahoe… I’m definitely staying here again, very soon …

No toilet paper in room. Hair in bath tub. No cups to rinse your mouth. Bath tub wouldn't hold water.

It was okay but not great.

That it had three beds. Location. Parking.

There is not any way to hang clothing, which I brought on hangers. We had to use the door and shower pole. We had a room next to the fire closet. Maybe that was the humming I head all night about every five seconds. The frig is not stable. When opening it moves and tips forward.

Not worth the price.

The location was great, the staff was nice, however, we only encountered them when we checked in. The room was disgusting and not very clean. There was a makeshift closet which comprised of a bar with 3 hangers in front of a door. There were stains all over the bedspread and blanket. The shower was dirty and the mirror above the sink still had the Ross price tag semi scratched off. There were 3 small sized pillows in the bed for two people. The front door was missing a piece in the bottom and light and whatever critter could get in the room. Would not stay here again and if we could have we would have left.

Third year in a row staying here, which is my best compliment. Good location, and among the better prices in SLT, and a nice old motel vibe.

At least in my room this year, they did not provide any cups. I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a motel or hotel that didn't.🤔. Maybe it was a fluke, but I'd bring my own.

All in all, a pleasant stay and the location with safe parking was the best feature for me.

Location was excellent and rooms very accessible to the provided parking. Good amount of space in the room and the provided fridge was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.

Could have been cleaner, shower especially and the toilet was not stable, it was loose and shifted forward when you used it.

The mattress was super soft. You lie down with another person and the other person starts to move and you feel like you're going to fall to the floor. The air conditioning didn't cool constantly, it would turn off and on and the noise it made was persistent. They should invest more in sheets and towels. The color of the sheets isn't appropriate for a hotel room, and the sheet is made of a fabric that isn't very skin-friendly. The towels are super thin and poorly washed. I brought my own.

Good spot if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to rest your head at the end of the day. I stayed in the spring so I can’t relate to any of the reviews regarding hot water but when I stayed there was plenty of hot water and good pressure!
