Did not stay in the room more than 10 minutes and left

Absolutely nothing.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Soiled sheets, mildew in tiles and bathtubs. Uncleaned toilet Broken heater faceplate, Patched walls unpainted. Etc. Would not stay in room and left facility. Room was a serious health and safety concern.

Is was gross and terrible

Pet friendly

No one was in the office my entire stay. You have to call to get the employee to come out of his private room. It was filthy. There was no shower curtain. The toilet was not installed properly moves back and forth when you sit on it. I went to take a shower and the shower would not drain and the water was a yellow brown color. The next morning I notified the host who was not in the office (I had to call) and this was during business hours. He wanted to send a maintenance person into my room to “look at the issue” mind you this is a few hours before checkout. Then he said I could switch rooms which would entail me packing up all of my things and switching to another room giving me less time before checkout (he did not offer late checkout either). He finally said I could shower in another room and leave my things in the original room. That shower barely drained as well, but at least the water was clear. Housekeeping staff was knocking on my door an hour checkout. All in all horrible and the host refused to provide any kind of discount or compensation

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room had all the essentials - free Wi-Fi, free parking and a microwave/mini-fridge in the room. For the price, you’re getting excellent value: a comfy bed, solid amenities and an ideal base for exploring the lake and mountains. We’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants

It is older and shows it in places: worn windows and older furniture and fixtures. But the price was reasonable co slider v the location.

I noticed trash in the back out the bathroom window, indicating a lack of good care overall of this property. It could stand a thorough cleaning g and pressure washing to spruce it up some.

This is my go to place when working in Tahoe!

Great location and good rates. Owners are very nice people! I usually spend a little extra for one of the back rooms facing the lake. It's much more quiet and no noise from the Blvd. Plus you get the view of the lake!

Most things are great but if you're staying multiple days, housekeeping doesn't do routine cleaning like other hotels.. which is fine. If you tip them they will and that's all understandable.. it's just something you should be aware of.

The location is decent

The room we reserved wasn’t available upon arrival. The replacement room had a red liquid splattered all over the walls. Unpainted patchwork on the walls and generally did not match the photos presented. Big ball of hair in the shower and was generally unclean. Mattresses were very bad, not worth the lower price, check Yelp for more accurate reviews than this site.
