Poor cleanliness. Sheets had long hairs on them and had dirt spots as if never changed since previous occupant. Manager said staff had quit because of ICE, but still no excuse especially for the cost of the room. Would not recommend this place unless they step it up.

I paid over $200/night for a room that would be worth about $80 in most other locations. I get it; being on Lake Tahoe Blvd. in proximity to all the amenities is worth something, but please! Invest in some paint, some repair work, some insulation. This property has a nice mid-century vibe to it, but it needs upgrading rather desperately. The backsplash was missing on the ancient, chipped vanity, and the walls need a good fresh coat of paint. When I checked in, I noticed a strong smell of smoke in the office, and commented on it. When I checked out, I didn't smell it, so they may have cleaned it in response to my concern. I like to think so. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Great for convenience and budget friendly; however, you’re getting basics there wasn’t even a coffee pot or any breakfast or anything like that literally just a decent bed and room. Probably won’t stay there again- I literally asked for an extra blanket and they couldn’t even be bothered saying until 7 AM when the laundry room was open again?!! Privately owned I believe, these people live there. That was a tad ridiculous.

This place is very clean and updated. But the bed feels like plywood. It was so hard. My hips hurt so bad I kept waking up in really bad pain. There’s also no coffee pot. Close to Safeway and restaurants so that was nice. Also they don’t use fitted sheets, just draped a flat sheet on the hard mattress with a thin pad.

The location was excellent sheets were for a standard bed and we had a king. Sheets got all raveled up. No coffee maker Towels were on the wee side Price was right. Dated but doable for a quick 2 night stay. Staff was nice

The manager kept giving us problems the whole time we were staying there. He made a fuss about our friend coming during the day for a couple hours. He also said he was going to charge us a smoking fee when we werent even smoking in the room. Definitely would not recommend staying here. It felt like we were being watched the whole time.

The room had a really awful musty smell, but at least the windows could be opened. That being said, it was pretty clean, except for the dozens of papers in the dresser drawers with the wifi information on them. The bathroom window was only slightly frosted and had no blinds or other coverings, so I felt very exposed to the neighbors that could clearly see the bathroom window. The comforter also had burn holes in the middle of it. The fridge had quite a bit of space, and it was nice to have a microwave. The location is really close to a lot of excellent food and coffee places.

This place is crappier version of the Travel Inn (which is also pretty bad) down the street. You can tell that the owners get the same low quality decor and amenities from the same place. Everything inside looks and is the same as Travel Inn, same brand mini fridge, low wattage microwave, off brand TV, desk chair, loud heater, clothes hanger (but you're required to bring your own hangers). It's cheap for a reason. They cut corners on everything. For example, you only get 2 towels, 2 tiny bars of soap and tiny one time use shampoo. Bathroom extremely dirty with bugs. Owner seems to be constantly watching the security cameras as well to see what the guests are doing. I would not recommend this place even though it is cheap. At least they have hot water, Travel Inn sometimes does not.

The room was not as advertised. There was limited TV channels. The heater didn't work properly. They hot tub didn't work. The room had NO hot water.When we asked for anything the answer was no. It was difficult both checking in and out.I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE

Couldn’t get a room at the casino until next day so we looked for a room at a motel moderately priced, and found one, so we were surprised when we went in and found a very clean room with large refrigerator with freezer, microwave and recently remodeled. It was our lucky day after all.

Staff was friendly and the location was perfect, in the middle of everything we wanted to go see. The room was pretty old fashioned but it was clean. The one negative thing is the shower. The door didn’t stay closed and the shower was small. I felt like I was taking a shower in a trailer. Other than that I enjoyed it.

I was surprised at the quality for the rate. They have obviously completely remodeled the rooms with new carpet, paint, walk-in shower, armoire/desk and spread. The room was small with only one chair, but I would highly recommend them. Great location right across the street from Heidis. I will be booking there again soon.

You’re getting what you pay for good bang for your buck. Great location and walkable area. Clean bathroom and bed nothing too dirty. Walls and building a bit older looking but nothing too bad. Staff was kind enough when we asked to extend our stay. Good WiFi and channels on the TV. A/C worked great and kept the room nice and cool. Online it’s posted that check in time is 3:00 but they have recently changed it to 3:30.

The only reason I gave them a 3 stars is because the bed comforter since to be duty. It has a gross stain on it. I didn't complaint so I can really say that may or may not change it. The 2nd day of my stay, we found that the cleaning lady didn't change the towels, or make our bed. 3rd day we came at cross to another cleaning crew and we asked for them to clean the room. They did fix the bed and provided clean towels. The stain comforter was left there, even though was very obvious. Bathroom was clean, shower was excellent. The place was quite enough to get a good sleep.
