If you’re concerned about your safety, I wouldn’t book here. The hotel has potential but didn’t meet the mark

There are homeless people camped out in the parking lot, at the adjacent hotel, convenience store and the general area. We stayed for 7 days and it was constant. Our friend had stuff stolen from their vehicle & the staff didn’t seem to care. They should have security since this is a constant issue. Another friends room wouldn’t lock & took over 24 hours for maintenance to go look at it, completely unsafe. Bathroom was dirty & moldy. Fridge wouldn’t completely cool. Two lightbulbs went out & they never came to replace after several requests. Didn’t have much light

Horrible! I would never recommend this hotel

Nothing!

Everything! There were homeless people everywhere! Our cooler got stolen from are vehicle and we still have not heard any information on it. The facility was dirty! We had four people in the room and they would only give us two towels. The bathroom smelled like sewer! When they said they cleaned the room they didn’t. Made our beds and that’s it! We ate downstairs and the next day you could still see where there was still rice left!

Public areas were beautiful

Room was poorly insulated Loud loud near elevator and needs to be drastically discounted. Lighting was so dark needed to use Smart phone to adjust AC. Bathroom so dark it was suitable for candlelight dinner nearly impossible to apply makeup! Daughter in law’s room was the same. No makeup mirror was offered as substitute. Wall mounted toiletries are unacceptable at this price NOT a Motel 6! No room service convenience store poor selection prices equivalent to a mini bar! Only $20 buffet offered on Sunday no menu orders.

My stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Staff was great. I loved the black out curtains. A designated smoking area away from main entrance was very thoughtful for smokers. The whole hotel smelled nice.

The very low sitting toilets. The large gaps under the doors. The slow bumpy elevators. Pulling into property was a bit sketch at night because of neighboring properties.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with way better mattresses

Location.

No room darkening curtains, bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. There was a snowstorm, they didn’t even bother with putting down ice melt in the parking lot. I’ve had multiple hip surgeries and they said on my way out, oh be careful out there. For the price I paid, I’d expect more. I’ll never stay there again.

Sketchy neighbors

The hotel was clean.

This hotel is next to two sketchy hotels. Sketchy enough for two police officers to be set up each night and patrol the neighbor parking lots on foot. I didn't see hotel security at our hotel. Police just advised to be sure to take everything in.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were typical, clean and comfortable.

When we checked in the desk clerk wasn't there and there was a lobby full of people waiting to check in. She came back with her food, which it was about supper time when we got there, but she knew what to do when she got behind the desk and got everyone in. The location is tricky to get into if you aren't sure where you are going, even with gps, as the hotel sits is back off the road a bit.

Never again

The bed was very comfortable, and the room seemed cleaned

The bed made huge amounts of noise. Every time I rolled over and moved, the showerhead barely trickle water out of it. I had to shower in that in the morning. They gave no conditioner. I feel like a Karen but the amount of noise that that bed made every time I turned over or moved was insane. I paid over $250 a night for this room. It was at best, a two star hotel.

The location

The cost was unbelievable $20 a person for breakfast way over priced .you could hear everything the door was not sealed. You could see outside the door into the hallway. It was very loud there was a lot of construction going on. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very heartfelt. They found out I was there because of a death of my father absolutely wonderful staff
