Love the place for the price

Very clean and great location. Has easy laundry access and clean. Didn’t know the place had a pool and hot tub inside.

Bed was comfortable.

They charged me the day we left for incidental fee to both our rooms when there weren't any. They tried to say we only paid for one night when I had prepaid for three nights through booking.com. and the pool felt like a dungeon in the basement.

The breakfast, staff was unfriendly, room smelled like weed, doors to rooms broken took 3 days to sink unclogged, didn't receive housekeeping had to clean room myself and never got clean towels or sheets

The pool was arctic cold and the hot tub was barely luke warm. Wifi went out a lot. The toilet was leaking water. We saw a cockroach in our room. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode when we used it.

The guy on reception I don’t know the name but work at night I try to get my room with cash because not have money on my card I have to drive like 20 min to a Walgreens store to add some money and made the reservation online when I go inside again he tell me need a deposit to $50 apart of the reservation online in others hotels never happen this to me it’s no about the money is about I need a room for the night and I only have cash at the moment and is late none of the stores add money after hours or when almost closed the store

The overwhelming police presence harassing both guests and transients in the parking lot next to the hotel! Days Inn is doing an outstanding job controlling impact am guests! The Beaumont hotel needs to step up as well because it’s not fair to the Days Inn staff and guests!

The location was fine.

It was the first place that made us show our ADA service dog's paperwork. The beds were so loose together that my husband cut his leg on the corner. The shower only had luke warm water. Toilet valve kept sticking. Homeless man at breakfast falling asleep. So it wasn't much fun.

location off the freeway easy to get to

cancelled reservation before check in time. then said they could fit us in a smaller room. gave us a room that was already occupied. changed rooms 2 more times that were also already taken. staff was rude. we are waiting for a refund

Enjoyable and relaxing

The remodel looks amazing! The beds are always comfortable and the managers Ave front desk staff are always courteous, friendly, attentive and accommodating! The local hotels and city staff are working diligently to get the area cleaned up and the crime rate down in the entire area. A small group of hotels in the area also remodeled recently! In my opinion, I stay here often, beater this property is a 5 star location!
