Easy access to the interstate and food in the surrounding area. Starbucks. Parking.

All looks, and not much else.

Beds were comfortable. The lounge and conference hall was nice. The hotel had a lovely grand entrance and space.

There was no restaurant for breakfast. It was only a small 'bar-type' 'deli' service with wrapped up sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and packaged food in a fridge area. They served Starbucks coffee/drinks. For breakfast they had a selection of very simple dishes like avocado on toast or a breakfast burrito, but everything was served as a takeaway in plastic with plastic cutlery, which was so flimsy. Also, they closed at 11pm, so we couldn't even get coffee from there after lunch. The downstairs bar and dinner restaurant was open only from 5pm. So in my opinion, it wasn't a great location for a conference where a lot of the people stayed there. We had to always eat out in a different location.

EVERYTHING!!! Even though this is an older remodeled hotel with a great location, lots of places to eat close by, clean, comfortable, quiet regardless of being right next to I25 and 120th ave. And every staff member we cross paths with was super friendly.

The mini fridge in the room was kind of small and had a button to turn on which lasted about 2 hrs. Also no microwave in the room. We were in the 3rd floor so any left overs we had to go all the way down, a little inconvenient specially if you stay with kids.

No microwave in room, no continental breakfast, lukewarm jacuzzi with too much bleach… no free morning coffee, homeless camping on walk path near parking lot leading to other retail businesses… empty beer bottles and alcohol shooters in parking lot

Drapes had a stain like someone had thrown up and it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Check in gal Karen was reluctant to help Guy who was there later was a GREAT help!

It was an ok experience overall.

Our main water line broke, so we had to book a room. We did not pay attention to details. Place felt good. We pretty much just used the room to sleep and shower.

When looking for places I always make sure to get the ones with breakfast. For Delta there was the same room, with the breakfast option. I selected the one with breakfast with was kind of expensive but I didn't care because I wanted my breakfast. Well, it's not continental breakfast. They gave me 2 cards one for each day stating how many people in the room. I presented the cards at the breakfast place. I had the choice of one entry and one drink. So if I had coffee, I couldn't get milk or juice. Breakfast wasn't bad, just not worth paying the xtra at booking. So, save your money and don't pay xtra for breakfastyou might as well buy it at the place and save yourself some money

Liked the beds and the bar.

They didn't make up the room with fresh towels each day. Last day they didn't make up the room at all. We requested daily service. Also, the bar closes too early.

Usually a great place

Its a nice facility, mostly clean.

They ran out of towels, we had a do not disturb on our door and told the front desk that we don't need the room cleaned. Housekeeping came in anyway, made the bed, took every towel, and left none. When we got back in for the night, we tried to get towels and they were in the dryer, none available. We've stayed there multiple times. The rooms are usually spacious. We got a super tiny room this time, by the elevator, and were charged full price after the first day. 4 day stay

The sheets were used and had hair on them. We had no towels or soap. We were also downgraded from the king room that we payed for to a queen room because they were overbooked.

Close proximity to a lot of restaurants and services. The lady who checked us in Thursday afternoon was lovely and we were able to check in early. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

They could not check us in until late. The rooms weren’t ready. Came in 3:30 was told room wasn’t ready. They took my number and told me 10-15 minutes. So we went and ate, came back an hour later. Still not ready.

Good parking access

The key cards weren’t working when we checked in so had to get a cleaner to let us in of our room. We weren’t able to freely leave in and out of our room until this was back up. Hotel stinks of weed and was filled with a lot of sketchy people. Not a fan and my partner didn’t feel safe so checked out after a couple hours. I would like a refund.

Caleb checked us in & he was so amazing! The rooms were great & the beds and pillows were the best we've EVER slept on! The drive out there was a bit out of the way but in the end it was well worth it! We WILL be back!

I enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Having options like pre-made breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well as a cooked-to-order breakfast at a Starbucks was a pleasant surprise.
