Everyone is so friendly and willing to help: housekeeping, front desk, coffee shop, restaurant and bar.
Had the AC replaced a couple times in the room and lastly had to move to another room that means pack everything I had already set up and do it again. I decided to end my stay and go to another hotel to continue my stay in Thornton.

The staff went out of the way to help us switch rooms when the initial room a/c was not working.
Our next room while comfortable had a sewer smell. The maintenance fixed an access panel that came loose. It still smelled bad after that.
