Everything the room was nice the TV even welcomed me by name when I first walked in the I really enjoyed my stay there my guests loved it we were there for my daughter 10th bday slumber party and it was perfect my daughter loved the room

The breakfast was good but not much daily variety in the hot dish choices. The breakfast staff was wonderful. We both enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and found that a convenient time to do laundry nearby.
We found the breakfast hours over the Holidays to be finished too early at 9. The happy hour on 12/24 was not very happy at hall. Why were there no decorations in the lobby? We suffered through the loss of a nearby elevator to our room on the 3rd floor. The extra walking was difficult for us both but especially my husband who depends on a walker. We also had no hot water on our last morning, another mechanical problem.
