The room size, cleanliness, staff, location, breakfast, facilities.

The pool/hot tub were closed for the majority of our stay but ended up being open right before we left.

The hotel offers a really nice breakfast with lots to choose from. The fitness center had everything you could need. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was great and bed was comfortable

Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. I was looking forward to using it. But I understand things happen and repairs are needed. The address provided through booking took me to a different location in a residential neighborhood and the phone number was disconnected.

Property and rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Pool was freezing and hot tub was cold. There was a problem when we checked in they had reserved an extra room for us without us knowing. I’m assuming it was Booking.com since we used them. Thankfully, the staff was able to help and reverse the charges on the cancellation.

The breakfast was good but not much daily variety in the hot dish choices. The breakfast staff was wonderful. We both enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and found that a convenient time to do laundry nearby.

We found the breakfast hours over the Holidays to be finished too early at 9. The happy hour on 12/24 was not very happy at hall. Why were there no decorations in the lobby? We suffered through the loss of a nearby elevator to our room on the 3rd floor. The extra walking was difficult for us both but especially my husband who depends on a walker. We also had no hot water on our last morning, another mechanical problem.
