The location, we’re surrounded by everything & an easy drive to all the destinations we planned on visiting while in CO.

Our room was dirty in many ways, there was hairs, crumbs, dirty surfaces. I thankfully had wipes and was able to wipe stuff down. My toddler wanted to spend time in the indoor pool area, there were bugs everywhere. The pool/jacuzzi is in need of some TLC.

We had just left the Drury. For the same price we got free dinner. 6 free adult drinks. Free breakfast. None of this is offered here in face even breakfast isn't free here and it is the same price. Might as well go to 104th and get free dinner and breakfast and awesome customer service.

Lackluster...

it's easy to get to and there is food and shopping within walking distance.

I've stayed here twice, I haven't been impressed either time. Most of the TV channels don't come in, the hot water was Luke warm at best, I had to fix the "running" toilet...the float was sticking... we put drinks in the fridge and they came out hot the next morning, the door didn't close due to the cabinet around it and the heat from it made everything hot.

This was a nice enough place to stay but, pay attention to your bill.

Very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I booked a room with breakfast included. At breakfast, there's a standard bill on every table. You can charge breakfast and a tip to your room or presumably pay right then and there. I asked about "breakfast included" and at first they said that wasn't on my reservation. They said I would be billed anyway and if something was incorrect, they would just take it off. I did get it taken off (showed them my confirmation) and there wasn't a problem but if you're not paying attention, you might end up paying for a complimentary breakfast. Seems a little sneaky on their part. At other hotels, if everyone isn't getting a complimentary breakfast, they have someone check you in. There's no bill sitting on all the tables.

Nice place to stay

The facility was clean & the staff friendly. Plus a good location - easy to access. I wasn't crazy about the upfront charge for amenities (refundable later). It didn't make sense if my card is on file - this is probably an industry issue not just THIS hotel's policy. Overall I was happy with everything & would stay there again.
