Great place to stay – very convenient to everything.

Loved the location. Everything and anything that you need is right there as far as restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our view of the mountains was beautiful.

They only complaint I have is we could hear our neighbors – someone either above or next to us had very heavy feet in the middle of the night and sounded like they were pacing back-and-forth.

Enjoyed the stay

Cool vibe. Nice pool area and laundry facility. Also located near an area with lots of shopping and restaurants.

No free breakfast. Would have been helpful to have a free breakfast so not having to drive around looking for a place to eat. They do have breakfast sandwiches for purchase but they are exorbitant in price. Also a microwave in the room would be nice.

Modern design offers a different experience

Modern design which was good to experience. Room comfortable use of space well designed, seemed larger than it was. Front desk staff friendly.

A little hard to find late at night it’s tucked between a shopping and residential area but very close to I-25. The TV was troublesome likely related to a low battery in the remote. I reported that when checking out.

Very nice hotel but keep a runner on the clock for the front desk.

They seemed under staffed and when we needed extra bed sheets they had the one lady and the front desk that had to find bed sheets.

Our third stay was very disappointing

We like the location

This was our third stay and this time we were disappointed. One elevator was out of order and the other was VERY slow. We always choose this hotel because we like to swim and the pool area is so nice. The pool was cloudy and very dirty. LOTS of hair and trash in the pool. Really disgusting and no trash can in the pool area so people left their trash there. Also, I work for a swimming pool company and you need to get the white calcium deposits off the outside spa walls or you will have permanent damage to your spa. The room price has gone up a lot in the last couple of years and since the pool area is not pleasant we may not stay here again.

Disappointed and won't stay at a Aloft again until they stop spraying perfume.

Close to family.

The perfume that they spray in the lobby is overwhelming and gave me a headache. The wifi didn't work for our kindles. They forgot bath towels two different days. I took a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Quality rest

Clean facilities; great location with plenty around to see and do; beds were comfy; friendly staff; nice and quiet; loved the jacuzzi. Overall I highly recommend this stay.

Dusty room - my roommate and I both ended up having allergy issues we isolated to the headboards. Next trip I'll ask for a hypoallergenic room. My only complaint.

The location is perfect, it's right near all the best shops and outlet. The airport is only 30 mins away

Another perfect stay...

I've given a positive review before, but this place knocks always knocks it out of the park. Great common spaces, such as the bar/rec room and the pool/hot tub were fabulous in this particular trip. Staff is always very good, location is terrific and prices are always very good. Stay here.

As a whole, very comfortable and clean.

Great location. Very comfortable bed and we have a beautiful Mountain View. I also appreciated being able to stream on the television.

It was inconvenient to have to go downstairs to use the microwave. Also, the food you carry was ridiculously expensive and of poor quality. I also thought that the pool would be larger and a little nicer. It did not meet the standard of the image that you post.

There is a lot to be desired for in terms of international standards for global travelers.

The staff were friendly and the place was ideally located for us.

But when we asked our room to be cleaned everyday as we went out in the mornings, the mess remained when we returned in the evening. The reception always assured us they would look into it and never did! On the final day, the TV in the room conked out too!

The room was not clean at all we have seen cockroache’s in the room. Room was never cleaned in the 5 days we have stayed. This hotel should get 2 star not 3/4 star hotel rating..

Short and nice

Nice hotel, clean, bed was comfortable, 30 minutes away from the airport, location next to a shopping Mall, easy access, pet friendly.

If you book through booking or another 3rd part they won't give you the Marriot points, so disappointing.
