Bathroom- the inside of the tub was slick. Kind of scary, slipped a couple of times. Would have been devastating to fall.

Decent but could be better.

The room was clean bed was comfortable. The desk came in handy for work on my laptop On-site vending machines were nice.

The carpet in the halls was in rough condition. The staff wasn't very pleasant The elevator was not working There was a taped off area with an asbestos sign.

Or second day there when we wen to the pool they found a deceased body on the first floor and did not accommodate us or anyone who stayed there it was like it’s a normal thing for this hotel to find deceased bodies or last stay there ever

Location

Breakfast the first morning was not good, asked housekeepers for clean towels and nothing. They charge a damage deposit but we found a pill box under the bed so I guess cleanliness isn’t a priority

The greeter was rude and could barely speak English. Outside our entrance was a broken down RV someone was living in, and a person was arrested right outside our door.

Good room, weird staff.

Clean and roomy

Said they took pets but when I got there they said they didn’t. So I asked for my money back then she magically took pets then. There was a lady in same floor with a dog so I don’t know what front desk person problem was. She was happy to charge me $30 for a pet which is fine and what it showed online.

Too much noise,all our stay we've never had that much noise from inside.bed had annoying low vibration for about 3 hours,shower had very slippery floor and no mat,shower heads didn't spray well and low pressure.blow dryer only would blow on low and handle got hot.

Easy access and family friendly

The rooms had a distinguished smell and the carpets seemed like they hadn’t been washed in a while. The blankets offered for the pull out bed was thin and had cigarette holes.

I like the staff working they were kind and I could tell slightly under staffed. Very helpful!

The rooms were very dirty. I had to clean my bathroom the toilet and sink had stains and the floor turned the towel I used to mop completely black. I was not able to tell if the bed linens had been changed or just remade. There was hair all over the pillows.

We were a little late checking in since we drive 10 hours, when we arrived the lady was very rude and said we were a no show. Idk how when I booked 2 nights and just showed up a little late I was still charged and I feel that I should get my money back

Very Nice Place To Stay

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Super friendly staff. Quiet facility. The free breakfast was more than adequate. I had sausage, eggs, toast and yogurt every morning. Good coffee. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless. Pricing was excellent, too. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Unsafe parking lot

After arriving I did not feel safe with homeless people around the parking lot. I am disabled and the handicap parking spots were full of snow/ice and most of the other regular spots have been cleared. I decided to go find a safer hotel even though I had prepaid for this room. I would not recommend this place.

Other than the parking issues it was a positive stay.

Very friendly desk staff. The room was better than expected for the value price. Very clean. Quiet location and easy access to the highway. I have stayed in countless of hotels so I have plenty to compare to.

When we returned late night after a concert there was no parking spots left. We had to park at the hotel next door and walk, not far but it was 1 am and I was with my 15 year old daughter in an unfamiliar area so a bit creepy. Plus I worried all night that my car would be ticketed or towed.

There was not anything nice to say about my stay. I was charged twice for the one room, and a $100 deposit that took a week to get back. Breakfast was horrible rotten old banana's, gnats swarming the bread/ bagels. The waffle mix was all watery with no plates to eat and the lady at the front counter made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience to fill things up again. There were stains on the bedding...

Not much. The sheets were clean?

Premises is under renovation, lobby is a mess, the room was unfinished, the bathroom was not clean. The towel for putting on the floor had a dirty shoe print on it. The floor was dirty. A bird sized moth flew through the room, not sure where it went. Not to mention the 4:00 AM disturbance on all floors by someone sounding like a rampaging elephant, and the police intervention next door to my room that resulted in the police kicking down their door at 4:50 AM shouting "Put your hands were we can see them!" I mean they can't help it if the guests are acting like that, but could have offered an apology or something when I bolted in the morning.
