My first interaction with the person who checked me in

I booked 2 king suites and got the tiniest king rooms I ever seen. They smelled of cigarette smoke the rooms didn't get vacuumed and bathroom floors were gross. I asked for a rollaway bed and was told no. Pictures look nothing like the photos online. Some guy was crashing out our last night and the front desk was outside gossiping with a guest who seemed to live there.

My review I love the La Quinta try to book there whenever possible because of the breakfast and amen

I liked everything except the breakfast which was one of the reasons I booked La Quinta it used to be a wonderful meal in the morning but was sadly mistaken as no more eggs or even sausage patties or links just a dismal gravy (cold) and dry biscuits

They took a 100$ deposit which I still haven't received back

The lady's in the front desk made me feel like I was disgusting, my son and I had been driving two days 500miles with little time outside of the car in all those miles, so ya I probably did need a shower and some zzz's but when I went to use my credit card it got declined, I asked if I could use cash or I could go put cash on a pay card. She said I can't take cash but any card will work. So I go put money on my cash app card and go back and when I handed her the card and she looks at me with a dumbfounded stare. "Sir we don't allow cash app. Just smh

I love the location of this property. I always choose to stay here when I’m in town for nursing work. The staff is respectful.

I was booked into a room where Maintenance was still working, so I thought it was some homeless guys living in there. told front desk and management went right out to fix the problem and gave me a new room.

All in all, the room was comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The 2 staff members I met were friendly and helpful.

The facility could be kept cleaner. There was dog poop in the grass. I feel that "maybe" this could be prevented by providing doggy poop bags. When I checked the pool, it was dirty, but it appeared to have been cleaned by the next day. The breakfast was the bare minimum to qualify as breakfast and not very good. The ice maker was broken. Some of the people staying there appeared to be more "residents" than lodgers. I did not appreciate finding out upon check in that there was a 100.00 deposit which would be returned (in 2 weeks) if the room was in good shape on check out. This should have been disclosed when the room was booked.

There were not enough bowls for the cereal, and after asking the attendant, we had to wait several minutes because she was busy at the reception. But the most unpleasant situation was the dirty walkways leading to the elevator on the 3rd floor; we didn't check the other floors. The elevator itself presented a broken phone with the cord hanging on the floor; thanks, Lord, we didn't need to use it for any emergency call.

The bed was comfortable and it was updated.

It was very dirty. The walkways are and tattered. The remodeled looks like it was done by a sub par contractor. There was no hot water this morning. Ice machine was broken. Gravel beds are filled with poop and ruin from pets. I would recommend washing the landscaping.

Upon reporting these concerns to the front desk, we received a dismissive response, indicating a lack of concern for our safety and well-being. This situation created an environment of significant discomfort and anxiety, prompting us to depart the premises within thirty minutes of check-in.

I have had a great stay every time I have stayed here. The GM & staff really turned it around!

Staff are awesome and the GM. Rocks! They are friendly and accommodating. Exact.opposite of the horrible GM and staff at the La Quinta in Westminster. They are awful and so is the hotel. This hotel isnt perfect but you can get good rates alot.of days which is nice The breakfast is always good. I was really pleasantly surprised the first time I decided to igive it a shot. And ive been back half a dozen times since. I havent felt unsafe there and that says a lot for the hotels in this area.

Dirty. Scary. Toilet sitting in parking lot. Coffee maker was broke and leaked all over, none went in the cup. Tub wouldn’t drain, so I showered in ankle deep water. After it drained later, the bottom of tub was all soap scum and hair. Sheets were scratching. It was load outside my door until past midnight. Toilet kept running, had to wiggle handle. Started running during the middle of the night a couple times, had to get up and wiggle handle. Alarm clock went off at midnight when I had not set it. As a single female traveler, I felt unsafe. Not sure if people live there year round, but sketchy looking men hung outside their hotel door, grilling. My room was under some dark balcony, unlit, hard to see from the parking lot. I felt scared, made sure my car door was locked with me inside while gathering my belongings to go to my room. Once I was ready to go to my room I made sure I made one trip and locked the hotel room dead bolt as soon as I got in my room. Outlets were discussingly dirty, along with baseboards, ceiling in shower had mold. Only walked on carpet barefoot too pee in the middle of the night and to shower in the morning and when I stepped on the bath matt towel to get in the shower, my feet left 2 dirty foot prints.

We were running a bit late at check out time and some of the cleaning staff made us feel a bit pressured and rushed and so we didn’t feel like we were able to tidy up the room as well as we usually do before leaving the property. Besides that minor incident there were no other issues at all!

I would not stay here again.

Not much.

Original room had a shower faucet running non-stop. Was switched to a 2nd room which had what looked like black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The transfer to the 2nd room was not done properly by front desk staff and when I returned to my room the next day I was locked out. Went back down to the front desk who informed me the transfer was not done properly. They reset my keys but everything about this stay was inconvenient. The property is run down and not well kept.
