Had an excellent stay at DoubleTree, nice people, clean environment, no complaints really.
Only thing my son left his jacket in the lobby the day we arrived. I noticed it as we were checking out and asked did they happen to have it in the lost and found. I even drove 30 min back to the hotel to ask in person. The front desk told me no one turned it in. I counted this as a loss, when I arrived home in CA the next day, I get a call from their manager saying they found my son’s jacket and it’s been in lost and found for 2 days. I just wished they would have taken the time to look instead of giving me the typical prompt.As a single mom of 2, I know my 9 year old son should have done a better job of keeping track of his things but I wished someone would have checked all areas before saying no. We traveled back home without jacket, had to let him use mine. They did offer to ship it to me if I send them a prepaid shipping label but the hassle of that was not worth it.
With that said, you will enjoy the castle hotel and Denver!

Only there for a night, but our room was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
