We had a nice stay but wish the outside noise was less.

Location is nice. Across the street from lake union so going for a walk or run is nice.

The noise of traffic and sirens kept us up one of our nights. I wish it was more sound proof like there Broadway property.

Overall, it's a nice and comfertable stay.

The room is very spacious. Breakfast has enough options to choose from. Location is convenient as bus 70 is just outside of the hotel.

I suggested that it will be better if the hotel can add fresh salad for breakfast as there is no green veggie at all.

Good breakfast, great staff, clean, recently remodeled. My only gripe was small bathroom, a little cramped. Might be the biggest gym I have seen in a hotel. But overall great stay!

Great and peaceful location + delicious breakfast

We came from Vancouver to Seattle for a concert and booked the Silver Cloud Hotel next to the venue. On the way, we discovered that there are multiple Silver Cloud hotels in Seattle, so we were a bit bummed at first. But once we arrived, we noticed not only the friendly front desk staff, but also that the location is peaceful yet still close to downtown. The hotel felt well-maintained and super clean. We also appreciated the noon checkout time. The included breakfast was just the cherry on top!

It's a great place to stay--a quieter part of Seattle, iighter traffic, terrific views of Lake Union

very comfortable bed, beautiful view of Lake Union, clean room, breakfast area is bright and nice views from the windows, and the staff is very helpful

It was a little tricky finding the front desk that was in a different location than usual due to the road work in front of the hotel. But, the signage was good.

My husband and enjoyed greatly our stay at Silver Cloud - Lake Union, and would love to come back!

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortably laid out, quiet. The breakfast had quality choices, healthy and tasty. The breakfast room was very cozy with the glass veranda opening to a picturesque urban vista, a fireplace.

A chess set, or a few table games would be great to have available.

The only thing would have been more things for kids to do. liked the view of the lake. The size of the rooms. The breakfast. Honestly everything was great. Just with there were more affordable kid friendly places to eat nearby and more for families with young kids to do

Construction made it hard to love, but good property

We could see the water and the breakfast was good. They have a nice gym!

They are doing construction so it was a maze to get around and it was pretty loud first thing in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was hot and ample. The parking garage was convenient and secured well.

Ask for more towels and toiletries at check in - they don’t have a lot in the room. Not a lot of fruit options at the breakfast.

Okay, room was good, generally quiet, not much in the way of restaurants in walking distance.

I didn't care about the breakfast room or the shuttle. The town was booked up and I took what was available to me.

Staff was ho hum. Some were a bit testy when I asked questions. I lived in Seattle most of my 78 years, worked downtown for over 40 years as an attorney, saw Seattle at its best. Moved out two years ago to Colorado. Seattle is a nightmare to navigate now. Takes forever to go three blocks. People are cranky or foreign. Very little friendly vibes here anymore.

Our stay was restful, quiet and clean.

The hotel took us in early when we got off the cruise ship with all our luggage. We were not due to fly home till the next day. They even gave us a hot breakfast that was very good.

Stayed over night for a wedding and we were very happy with how convenient it was to the venue! The staff was very nice and the room was much bigger than expected and had a fire place! The breakfast in the morning was also great!
