It wasn't the establishments fault it just so happened a car wreck happened and we were without power for a couple of hours but we made due with the darkness.

I liked the place...economical, good location, good staff.

Breakfast looked good although I just grabbed a banana. Lots of guest seemed to be enjoying it. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Coffee maker, small frig and microwave...handy. The place was clean and the staff friendly. I'll admit when I first saw the place I was not sure... but I was proved wrong.

The lady in the main office was very nice anf helpful

The day after i arrived i slipped in water by the laundry room. I fell and hit my head arm and leg. House keeping saw me fall and tirned away. I told the front office but im not sure they even carex.

Made arrangements to stay here, even messaged them about accommodations weeks before my arrival. When we got there they had no accommodating rooms available only ones with smaller beds and room capacity but wanted to charge me the same price. They had a room available but it was upstairs and no elevators which is not handicap accessible. I told them to cancel my stay and since it was on them I shouldn't be charged. The staff was rude and they still tried to charge me for a full stay. Never again. It was the worse of all motels I have ever tried to stay at.

We paid for very early check in for our two rooms and they were not ready for over an hour past early check in. I was not offered a refund nor did the staff seem to care. We needed the rooms to be ready for us to get prepared for a graduation event. We were late due to your hotel’s unpreparedness.

The rooms are outdated, bad decoration, and terrible odor. I requested non smoking rooms, but they gave me a smoking room anyway.

I was very happy to see that upgrades were being made. Cleanliness is very important to me. Also, I felt the price was fair.

There was absolutely nothing wrong about the place. Everything you’d want in a spacious room but just felt tired.

Friendly staff on check in and through out my stay. Parking and location was easy. Breakfast was adequate for me.

It was kind of a depressing atmosphere. Concrete stairs, no elevator, no staff other than the front desk around, it kind of felt gloomy. Also a lack of “freshness” to the rooms and especially the bedding.

Don't bother with this place. Crying unsupervised children from 8am till checkout. Paying the homeless to clean with left over food from days ago. Outdated food at the" free breakfast"

Bed was comfortable, property was quiet.

Reserved a king smoking room and there were none available. What good dose it do to reserve. Ended up in a non-smoking. The carpet was very badly stained and the Wifi was almost non-existent. Toilet kept running. Evening desk clerk was not friendly. Walked in lobby upon arriving, told the desk clerk I had a reservation and gave him my last name. He said "ID and credit card". This where he stated there were no king smoking rooms. I stated I will take a non-smoking room. His next words were "your room is through door to the left". No please or thank you. He is not customer service material. The morning clerk was very pleasant and friendly.

It was a peaceful place to sleep. We got lots of rest and that's what we really needed. Also the staff was kind enough to accommodate us with handicap options in our room for the shower.

The breakfast was good. The location was difficult to find because the facility is behind two others without clear signage.

The price was pretty high for the facility and location. We understand that it was a college graduation weekend. However, we paid the same price for a much better hotel in San Diego on the bay with beautiful views.
