Good coffee. Location easy to get to from freeway
Air conditioner fan a little noise but not bad. Freeway noise very loud but that’s nothing you have control over.

The room was generally clean.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedspread had cigarette burns and stains. The sheets and blanket also had stains.
