Great bed, I’d advise if you’re on a budget and feel secure enough to stay in a place with dodgy types.

It looked beautiful from the outside and was in a good location for the most part. I loved the staff, they were all amazing. The bed was my favorite though. It was the perfect hotel bed, the pillows were incredible, and the sheets/comforter were super comfortable but not too hot.

I didn’t like that it was right next to behavioral health. I didn’t feel safe walking in alone late at night, as there were several people walking around that I didn’t like the look of. The room was difficult to clean because it was so rundown. Even the grout on the tile floor was yellowed and spreading to the tile, but I don’t think that’s the housekeepers’ fault. The shower had brackets for complimentary shampoo/conditioner etc in the shower, but none were installed. Everything just looked pretty run down, in the bathroom and hallways especially. It didn’t match what the outside looked like at all. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the sink backed up just by running water. Both eventually drained but I had to walk away for a while. The first time I went to the bathroom, I saw a bug crawling by my feet. And a hair from a previous occupant next to it. That was the worst I think.

The room was full of bugs. I even saw a cockroach. The internet was very spotty. I could barely use Wi-Fi or even data. There was mold in the bathroom. One of the lights was out, so the room was very dark. Overall I would not recommend.

There were beds, and they allowed you to sleep in them.

The smell, the age of the place, the cost, the length of time it took to check in with the long lines and the staff who didn't know what was going on, the elevators, the mold, the cheap bedding, the gross shower, etc.

Great Value Hotel with Amazing Staff!

My favorite part of this stay was the staff. They are all so kind and helpful. I stayed here with my little one and we felt very welcomed. I also love that it is quiet, close to the freeway, and there is a supermarket down the street along with some fast food options

Property was nice and well maintained.

When I first got to my room there was a big puddle which came from the fridge. One of the cleaners may have turned it of which lead to the ice to melt. Not a big deal. The free breakfast was good but the could benefit from getting a new toaster ( like in other hotels) instead of the old junk they used and redo there lay out. It was hard to maneuver through the eating area because of their set up.

It was overall good. The rooms were spacious and the staff were amazing.

Stayed for another week. It was quiet, near freeway and restaurants. Beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. Staff were so fantastic as well. Shoutout to Star for taking great care of us during our stay! You rock! ❤️

The door going to the pool. It was just odd that you have to go out of the property to get to the pool. Sometimes the back door that leads into the building is closed shut so we have to go around through the lobby to get to the elevators and into the room after being wet from the pool and jacuzzi.

the whole stay. We paid for a balcony room but our room had a pad lock on the door. We asked for a key and they said they didn't have o e. Which happens to be a fire hazard. Front office staff was very rude, unwelcome. We asked for a non smoking room. The room smelled really bad. We asked for a room change and they didn't have any. Our balcony area was to 3-4 homeless RV. The swimming pool was in an unsafe and uncomfortable area. To get back I to the hotel we had to walk around to the front because our keys wouldn't work because the door was broken

It works in a pinch but if you can find somewhere with better amenities - go somewhere else.

I liked how close this hotel is the the Kaiser Hospital, since that was the main reason for my stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large.

Our hot water wasn't working in the morning and it was difficult to get a hold of someone to help us fix it. We were on a strict time budget because I was having surgery that morning and it was very stressful because we assumed we'd have hot water early in the morning. Someone came to try and fix it and didn't succeed so we had to call the front desk again and they ended up giving us a new room on the complete other side of the hotel. I also didn't like that the TVs don't let you connect anything to them. Don't waste your time bringing a roku, game console, dvds or firestick - these TVs don't connect to anything and you'll be stuck watching cable for your entire stay. Not ideal.

I always stay here when in the area. Clean, good location, nice comfy beds. Includes refrigerator and microwave, everything I need. Also, staff is always accommodating if I request a room change.
