    Unfortunately, they gave our reservation away when they had said it was secured. I have stayed at this property since April averaging 4 nights/week. Writing this review isn't easy as the daytime management here is exceptional, as my incident was at nighttime with the night manager. I was so surprised at how much he just didn't care. We had driven from Santa Rosa, about a 2 hour drive arriving at about 10:30. No suggestions or attempts to help us find a new hotel, they said that since we booked through a 3rd party, we needed to speak with them. Too bad this had to happen I guess financial gain over customer service takes priority. . . beware of the night manager. . . the security guard was more sympathetic when he approached us in the parking lot while we were trying to figure out where to stay, he was the one who suggested the Residence Inn in Morgan Hill just a short drive away. Again, this is just a heads up if you are going to be late for your room and you don't reserve via Marriott. The day staff is 1st class and always very accommodating, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I'm hoping that the hotel takes this into consideration as I have to believe this has happened before.
