WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Honestly? Not much. It was dirty, our door wouldnt close without slamming it, there was roaches in the bathroom and bedroom, the stairwell had holes in the walls and animal urine all over the place. It hadn’t been cleaned in days. The whole place was dirty.

Everything. Was highly unsatisfied and when I reached out for a refund they wouldn’t give me one. It’s a selfish corporation that’s greedy, charging over $100 for a dirty, unsanitary, unsafe hotel room. Will never be staying there again.

Central, clean with lovely staff!

Perfect location! Close to EVERYTHING but not really loud. Really easy to find. The woman on the check in was lovely and really helpful! Was happy to answer any questions. Daily room cleaning is available. Apartment was clean and nice and warm with the heating on! Had a hair dryer in the bathroom which was good! If you check out before 10am make sure you open the main door before posting your keys.

The actual location of the hotel was near an event we were attending.

We had booked the room for a single night. When we arrived we were hit with a strong odor. The 'lobby' was dark and dingy and smelled like something rancid, we also noticed a pile of dirty laundry directly behind the front desk. But we ignored it and decided to check in. On the way to the room, the hallways were littered with garbage, the entire carpet was black and dingy. In the room, we found a poorly cleaned kitchen area, black marks all over the walls, hair in the bedsheets, the doors were dirty and beat up, there was a sticky substance all over the chair in the corner of the room, and the counters were not wiped down. All of this along with the fact that the hallways and room had the same rancid smell as the lobby. We went right back downstairs and checked out.

Exactly what I didn’t expect from extended stay hotel.

I really didn’t think there was anything positive about this place.

The staff invaded my privacy by entering the room without my consent. The manager was very disrespectful. The infestation of cockroaches was unsanitary and disgusting and sewer flies that bit my face causing big sores on my face was painful and quite inconsiderate. The smell and disgusting hallways were nasty needed to be vacuumed and the sink fixtures were corroded with black mold. The filthy floor underneath our bed had blood and it looked like feces smeared on the walls. Trash piled up for day’s rotting with a putrid stench. Smashed cockroaches on the walls in the hallways for weeks and drug paraphernalia on the stairs leading outside never picked up was dangerous. No pool access flooded laundry room and no screen on the window of my room was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Most disgusting hotel l've ever been to. First room smelt like cat piss because they allow pets for people who live there. After complaining I got a second room that smelt like an ash tray. Worst cigarette smell and apparently they are "non smoking" rooms but let the guests do it anyway. Hallways smelt so bad and stains everywhere and dirty walls. Bed sheets were nasty had hair all over them from people before and there was blood stains on part of the pillow cases. I then cancelled my room and left to another hotel. This place is terrible and will never consider an extended stay ever again. Was out here for a fun trip and this hotel ruined that.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and several restaurants. Nothing else was good about this stay, however.

My king room had no wifi connection so I could not use the internet or get any work done for half of my stay. I was downgraded to a queen room in order to have wifi, but was still charged the king room price. The new room had a bed that was broken on one side, several appliances that did not operate, and a foul odor coming from the shower drain that you could smell throughout the unit unless you closed the bathroom door. I also found and photographed cockroaches inside my new room (which was on the 3rd floor).

Sad, because my last night with my daughter before college was inundated with, hours of getting lodging settled.

Horrible experience, needing an overnight before bringing my daughter to college. There was no one to Check us in, a Janitor tried to help. We were put in a dirty room at the far back of the hotel, not at all easy for disabled people. Being exhausted after trying to help help from finally arriving front desk person he offered two rooms because we needed 2 beds, they had nothing available but rooms a half mile apart. The desk man called @ 10:30 to ask for more money, after we were already asleep. Horribly rude man demanding me to go to the desk.

A bit run down. Bath sink was showing a poorly done unprofessional repair. Many families seemed to be using the facilities for housing. The outdoor smoking was right at entrance and very unpleasant.

They just need to do way better at cleaning… my bed had makeup stains on it as well as many others in the towels.. and floor the “ breakfast” was granola bars and coffee.
