Very good place for the value. I enjoyed it. Will come back for sure.
1. Floors seemed to be not as clean as they could have been.
2. The bathtub drain was partially clogged and as a result the water wouldn't drain well during the shower.

Location is excellent. April the front desk clerk was marvelous. Very accommodating as to my request for a specific room.
It is an old building and periodically at night I kept hearing a buzzing-rattling sound which very difficult to describe. It was coming from the ceiling in one corner.
