DISAPPOINTED

The room was clean.

The staff was curt. The power was out and the staff made no effort to assist travelers. For example they did not go to the rooms to have a manual wake up call. For the price or a little more, I could have dtayed at a nicer hotel. Will next time.

Comfortably enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Especially when extending our stay. Breakfast was good and variety plentiful. Prefer yogurt in Individual containers.

Buildings not connected. Had to drive into traffic to get to my room. Too far to walk due to disability. Toilet too low. Preferred sink part of bathroom, for private freshing up.

Location on the main highway

Unhygienic, broken AC kept making noise all night, sticky carpet and hairs in the wash basin. Don’t opt for breakfast, scrambled eggs was all watery with unbearable coffee

It was okay over all

Good location to where we needed to be

We where about an 1 1/2 early they wanted to charge us 35 dollars extra which I think is a bit ridiculous considering it wasn’t hour in advance . Also our toilet got clogged someone came pretty quickly which was good how ever when he was done unclogging it he left a mess of the dirty water every where on toilet seat floor tub it was pretty gross to be honest that was not cool .

Comfortable room and amazing staff. Safe neighborhood. Will be back for sure.

The location is good, 40 mins to SFO, and with gas stations and supermarkets nearby. To fast food, you need to drive, not within walking distance. The neighborhood feels very safe. Mr.Nimesh is the best! He is super friendly and helpful. After check-out, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

The breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish it offered breakfast till 10:30 am.

100% satisfied!

The variety of foods for breakfast was great and the coffee machine gave you a lot of choices for a hot beverage, such as hot cocoa, French Vanilla coffee, espresso, etc. Our room was very quiet and quite large with the two queen beds. It may be an older hotel, but has been completely renovated and looks very nice inside. The staff were AMAZING and we would not hesitate to stay there again

I would say I didn’t like the fact they did not have an elevator, though it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Most of their rooms are on the first floor, we just chose a room on the second floor which was only accessible by stairs. However, the amazing staff volunteered to take our luggage to our room.

A basic hotel for a reasonable price

Good location, next to the main street. Cosy room with all the basic amenities. Big parking lot.

Breakfast is poor. Just a few basic ingredients and no vegetables at all. The room was quite dark due to the small window and located close to the nearby building.

Very good but can improve

Good location many restaurants nearby and Caltrain station too but not walking distance. Owner of the property has impeccable detail to customer experience and service. Whenever I’ve interacted with him he is brimming with energy to solve for you - such a delight! Property is clean and maintained well. Cleaning staff is prompt.

There was a new front desk staff that didn’t know a few things like where the take away boxes were kept and was not as warm (looked a bit startled) when I entered as the owner and other staff - maybe some training to be given. Cleaning staff needs to be told either to knock and enter or guests should be told that cleaning staff will clean everyday at a specific time and if they don’t want it guests should keep a do not disturb sign outside. Breakfast is very basic and shuts at 9 which is way too early. 10/1030 is more standard.

The location was great for my stay.

Room was not completely cleaned. Reported a sock on the floor. The staff apologized. I stated that that I would like a price adjustment since the room was not cleaned properly. I was given a $10.00 credit!

Poor noise cancellation in the rooms that are right on a busy road. Old AC units that could use an upgrade. Not s typical Best Western, looks like it's another hotel that was converted into the Best Western brand.
