Shelter but won't do it again.

It was warm and the bed was comfortable.

Had a kitchen but no, not one, plate, cup, glass or spoon. No pot or pan and most of all, no coffee pot or coffee. Nothing but soap in the bathroom, shampoo was available if you want to go to the lobby and get it. No extra blanket in the room, you could go to the lobby and get one. Breakfast was granola bars.

Great Place to Stay, clean, quiet and friendly staff!

I really enjoyed the hot breakfast cooked by the friendly staff. The rooms were bigger than I expected. I was able to sleep there with my eldest son and grandson. They slept in the living room on the foldout bed and I was able to sleep in the large bedroom. I was also glad the grounds were in great condition for my dog an I to walk around early in the morning.

My coffee pot was gone from the room. I always enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the morning. They had the warmer but not the pot. However, they did provide coffee in the breakfast area very early, I like to wake up early, so I went out to get some there.

Nothing the staff was extremely rude.

When you ask to speak to the manager whoever is at the front desk will say they are the manager, Dawn was horrible, she was at front desk and claims to be general manager, it was HORRIBLE. We left around 6am because there was NO HOT WATER.

I didn’t like how she spoke to me and my husband. I also didn’t like how she denied us for the fact that one of us didn’t have ID BUT we are frequent customers and she also said before that it was fine

We liked that one room was able to fit my family.

The service from staff was not very good. The Atmos just seemed down. We left some things behind and were told they were not there. (This means they were taken)

It could have had more parking spaces available.

It would have been a little better if we have a person guide us and show us where the extra bed/couch was. No one told us that the couch was a pull out mattress. We found out the next morning. It also hade a light sence of cigarettes. It would bother a little specially if you don’t really smoke.

not much .place was fairly isolated, there is a jack in the box 1000ft away so as far as food goes, that was it.

I was told to leave after being accused of playing loud music too late at night,not true, I didn't bring a stereo along so... I am in a wheelchair and the room I was assigned a room that was NOT wheelchair accessible. Turns out the room I needed was upstairs, too bad the elevator was out of order. They don't offer ice wich I have NEVER experienced before. The laundry room was wildly expensive, IE it costs 5$ to dry 1 load of clothes. Out back there was a giant mess, there was a huge mess. Pizza boxes all over a particular piece of lawn. The garbage can out în the same area was completely over flowing. Totally unacceptable!

I'm in

It was great! I'm in town to pull up my straps to begin the next faze of my life and take an unfamiliar road at this unfamiliar crossroad. The staff really made me feel at home and rallied me through this depression that I was able to identify. Devine intervention they were a part of and didn't know it until now. Thank You, Lord, for paving the way through extended stay and there very friendly staff.

Breakfast wad simple, but we had a full kitchen so it was okay. I enjoyed that there was no distractions for us around our rooms.

Loved how close this place is to hiking

Shower made tons of noise and had to rig tne faucet to stay on shower mode. Staff knocking and calling for us to leave 10 mins before chevk out while i was rushing with two kids as a single mom... i know what time check is.

Nice Suite at a Reasonable Price

Good size for the price. Suite was at the end of the hall, so it was more private. Elevator is a plus. Front desk people were professional. Good security, as you have to go in the front to access rooms from inside. 24-hour front desk. Lots of freeway access.

Limited parking near entrance. A lot of the parking is quite a ways from where you have to go to get in. Limited room service 2x per week, so you have to ask for fresh supplies. Location is kind of surrounded by freeways. You have to take freeways to get just about anywhere else from the hotel.

My reservation was not going through with the code that wad emailed to me than I had to wait almost two hours I also had my babies waiting which was a school night the reason for my emergency checkin was due to my toilet overflowing and flooding half my downstairs of my home
