New years eve

It was clean except 5he bathroom floor tile was broken in one corner then the shower door would not close all the way. Beside that the room was clean comfortable.

The $150 dollar non refundable pet fee . Non refundable doubled the room rate was discouraging. Compare to other room rates and pet fees it is high.

Ridiculous to charge extra money to park. Most people drive to the hotel especially if they come from out of town!

That I had to pay $14 to park my car that should be included in the price of the room, not an extra charge. Also the garbage trucks at 8am

The hospitality was amazing

The lights on the basketball court didn't work. Why have them then? Also the floor stays wet and slippery. Dangerous unsafe. The last night I was there my car got broken into. There is no security on sight whatsoever.

Clean and nicely located

The checkout staff was rude and snotty at c and argued over over charging and then called back 1/2 hour later to admit the error, not my first encounter with her , I think her name was Natalie at the Morgan Hill location. I love this hotel, but not her and she was rude to the guest before me!

I understand that I can recommend this Hotel to my friends and family.

The breakfast was excellent. Always the breakfast was hot and the coffee recently brewed. Always the breakfast area was very clean and everything in order. The lady always was near the area she was always ready to help if you needed anything.

For my taste I would like a little more lighting in the kitchen and living room area. But I can tell you that I understand that I can recommend this Hotel to my friends and family because in addition to the excellent facilities, the location is excellent since it has many shops and eating areas nearby. It is also close to the main roads.

Toilet seat clogged on first use. I called for maintenance to fix , front desk told me to get the plunger and clean.

Room description was not as described no sofa bed and there was a spider in our bed I sent pictures to corporate and they offered 30.00 off which was a joke given I couldn’t sleep all night comfortably. Our kids had to lay all in one bed since no sofa bed was given as described when I booked. No extra towels were ready when needed poor poor overall experience.

It was in a nice location for seeing central California and San Jose. Close enough to Monterey and Santa Cruz to be able to visit everything we wanted to.

It was clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The pool and breakfast were not available due to covid and I don't believe that was stated anywhere. I just see where they were listed in the package. But that's probably the Booking.com advertising on the room. Not necessarily the hotel. Because the hotel says it is stated on their website. Also the room booking.com says it booked actually did not. I had to upgrade to the room for an additional $11.
