Was close to hospital where I worked

Property was not winterized or scraped. Was u safe for walking I fell twice. I am a nurse and I couldn't get my car out had to Uber to and from work and it cost over 200.00 for 7 mile trip to and from. I wouldn't have complained so much but other motels across street and down the road was cleared and had ice melt out. This one did nothing for 2 days. I got no discount after complaining and staff was rude and barely could understand them. Will not stay here again and will not recommend as well

The 3rd floor hallway smelt damp and unpleasant. I didn’t notice the smell anywhere else, but the 3rd floor hallway especially towards the men’s of the hallway just had a mildew smell.

There was a roach at the entrance of our room and we had an email confirmation from booking.com stating there was no extra charge for bringing our pets and that the facility had confirmed but when we got there we were told there was a 25 dollar fee. Front desk staff wouldn't honor it stating it was booking.com's fault for sending me that email

Would stay again!

This is a great hotel if bringing your fur babies. Lots of places to walk and grassy areas. We stayed in room 111 and it’s probably the most convenient as it’s right next to the side door and pet relief station. Numerous hotels and restaurants surround. Beds and sheets were comfy and the towels weren’t too bad either. Decent breakfast. Very good for the nightly price.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

The front desk clerk was very very rude. The toilet was clogged from the time we walked in until the time the desk clerk handed me a plunger and told me fix it myself. The sheets was stained the breakfast was horrible I will never stay at this hotel again

This hotel is good for a one-night stay, especially if you’re just passing through the area. The location is convenient, with a Sam’s Club just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants nearby, giving you lots of dining options. It’s a practical choice for travelers looking for a short, comfortable stop with easy access to stores and food places.

I’ve stayed at several La Quinta hotels in other states, and the staff there have always been accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here — most of the staff didn’t seem welcoming and rarely smiled or greeted guests. A bit more warmth and hospitality from the team would definitely make a big difference in the overall experience.

Relax and convenient type of staying in Louisiana city

The location is very convenient place from where I can commute to any place or different part of the city. However, I explored some areas where I did able to taste different foods and cuisine.

Some parking spots were occupied by big trucks with all mechanical and electrical (like utility operators vehicles) and after parked my car seemed very small side where I can exit my and small out-swing door sides.
