The staff were very pleasant. Everything looked very clean!!! Breakfast had multiple choices!!

The refrigerator could have been colder despite turning it to it’s highest temperature. A clock in the room would have been nice as well.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again on my next visit.

Close to freeway, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices (both hot and cold). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The doors closed loudly so you could hear when people came and left. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Didn’t stay, they wanted to charge an extra night because their system hasn’t updated. Didn’t understand much.

Entering the lobby, it seemed clean, smelled clean.

Staff, graveyard staff was certainly sleeping, had me standing by the reception desk for a solid 30 min before they came out the back, worker looked confused. Booked a night through here, the worker was advising that they had to charge an extra night, after I told them I only needed 1 night. They couldn’t help me with that situation. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel near by.

My hotel stay at Hampton Inn was great. Staff was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room as well.

I was under impressed with the complimentary breakfast. I dont feel there were many choices compared to other complimentary breakfast options at other hotels. The oatmeal was very thick and I could barely get it off of the spoon into the bowl. The sausage did not taste good.

The hotel was great, except for the noise level.

The breakfast was wonderful. A great amenity of this hotel. The on-site hostess in the dining room was so friendly and helpful.

Did not like: The doors are way too loud upon closing. So we got very little sleep at night. Doors were banging shut around us all night. The neighbors on either side stayed up all night and made a lot of banging noise, loud voices, etc. So our stay was not restful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even offered water for the road!

The only thing is the one thing out of their control. Location isn't in the best part of town. Worried about getting stuff stolen from the car. (Nothing was...)

Decent hotel but will not return for another stay.

We were welcomed from your friendly staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. The guy working at night helped us out with more towels for the leak from the AC/heater. Then the next morning when we checked out we were greeted by the same lady that checked us in. We explained our experience and what issues we had. She apologized and lowered our total due for the room. We weren't expecting anything but just wanted to make her aware of the issues in the room.

The location was good but we had some issues in our room. Our AC/heater was leaking and we found a puddle when we got back from dinner. Then there was no maintenance guy at night to come fix it. So then we couldn't run our air for the rest of our stay. Plus our room was close by the back exit door and it slammed all night long with people walking outside. Our room was a decent size but we just experienced some flaws.

remodeling and doors were very loud and heard neighbors slamming their door for hours. I also prepaid on booking for room and they charged me again so I’ve paid 2 times on my checking account for 1 night.🙁
