Location and the hotel itself.
Loud events. We were told about 1 event which ended at 7pm. Imagine our surprise sitting outside by the pool to see about 30 people walk out to the patio. Setting up a bbq, music small kids in the pool /hot tub without any supervision. We shared some chairs for the people who came out to smoke/vape because there was no chairs or tables available. This wasn't an event. Cheap place to throw a party. Just rent a room!!!

front desk personnel was great, Friendly and very welcoming. lobby was very pretty.
it was 80+ degrees outside and over night the Ac unit was so loud and noisy that we had to turn it off and then it became uncomfortably hot, so not much sleep was had during our stay unfortunately.
