Location was convenient for my needs.

1.The couch that we supposed to use for the kid to sleep was extremely dirty! 2.The A/C unit in the room was extremely noisy. 3. The breakfast starts at 7:30, which was very late for our departing time.

it was 80+ degrees outside and over night the Ac unit was so loud and noisy that we had to turn it off and then it became uncomfortably hot, so not much sleep was had during our stay unfortunately.

Location, welcoming lobby, gym

This was the most disappointing Ayres hotel I've slept in. Upon opening my hotel room door, I was hit with a musty smell and noticed the room was dusty since the sun rays hit a night table showcasing the dust. The bath tub had a brown stain and just looked overall dirty (bath toilet area). The AC had that musty smell coming out and I thought it would just clear the smell as the night went on. I woke up to a nosebleed and that is very rare for me. Breakfast was surprisingly mediocre. No omelets or fried eggs made to order, no bacon but sausage, and limited pastries and bagels. All Ayres hotels I've stayed in had awesome breakfasts, so I don't know what happened here. The rooms and furniture are very outdated. I chose to stay here because of location and the great reviews, but I would not recommend staying here and I will never book this location again.

Awesome place for students and older folks!

This is a very nice hotel, it's charming, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also really awesome. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, because it feels like a 4 star in a 3 star value package.

There is the small issue of the rooms on the ground facing both the pool and parking lot, the pool one feels pretty uncomfortable. There is also only one microwave in the place (the kitchen/breakfast area) I wish they would put one in each room for convenience.

Horrible experience.

It’s clean.

The room given to us has the window right by the hotel vent. It was incredibly loud, like a tractor. The room was extremely hot, we guess it was right above the fire place. The grandpa AC was so loud and not working strong enough but we couldn’t open the window to get the cool air in because the vent was right there. We tried to wait for the AC to kick in and not cause trouble until midnight that we really couldn’t fall asleep and asked for a room change. The staff had the worst attitude and blamed us for not telling them earlier. The original room’s number was 221 and it was first or second room on the left after you get upstairs and turn left. That location should never be a hotel room!

Customer service all the way around. Facility was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very nice and exceptionally clean. Our Breakfast was great. Access to the Kitchen after hours was very nice.

The property was good. Room somewhat clean. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and also dirt in the tub.

The staff!! Mostly the front desk staff!! The older blond women was very Rude and talked with a lot of sarcasm!! Both on the phone and in person!!

Seemed newly painted, had a lingering smell maybe paint, hole in wall at old cable switch large paint bubble drip above shower head. Had to paid deposit even though paid in full. Surprised no Netflix
